    Required PPEs. Safety Helmet, Safety Shoes, Hand Gloves, Safety Goggles and Ear Plug where ever required
    SN. Job Activities Hazards Control Measures Responsibility
    1 Moving Traffic Uneven Access & Egress  Always maintain proper access & egress for rig movement. Engineer/
     Communicate to operations & nearby working team about rig Supervisor
    Communication movement
     Provide flagman to control the moving traffic.
    Plant & equipment  JSTI or Toolbox talk to be conducted for the rig mobilizing crew.
     Job engineer / Job supervisor & shall take leadership for rig
    movement support.
    2 Hydraulic rig marching  Hit or stuck around  Clear the rig moving access from other obstructions Engineer/
     Inform the area operations team for rig movement support. Supervisor
     Property damage  Bow down the Kelly beam to horizontal position to move safely.
     Provide sheets to lay under the crawler wheel to protect the
     Personal injury road.

    3 Releasing the lifting  striking object  After placing rig at position lifting tools and tackles shall be Engineer/

     Area should be free of obstacles and housekeeping needs to be

     Ensure that the weight of the load is fully released from the rig.
