    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, BAYANI S. ATUP, legal age, Filipino, married to ROSIL ANTONETTE C.


    ATUP and with principal place of residence at Maplewood Court, South Hills, Tisa,
    Cebu City, Philippines, by this presents for and in consideration of the sum of TWO
    HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt in
    full of which is hereby acknowledged by me, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND
    CONVEY, free from all liens and encumbrances, unto CONCORDIO S. ATUP, JR., a
    Filipino of legal age, married, with principal place of address at, DAO, Tagbilaran City,
    Bohol, Philippines, one (1) unit motor vehicle, which is as follows:

    Attached to this Deed of Sale is the machine copy of the O.R. and Certificate of
    Registration of the said motor vehicle attached as Annex A.

    I hereby further warrant that the aforesaid motor vehicles are free from all liens
    and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
