    Greetings!

    The Office of the Protected Area Management Office of Mount Apo Natural Park would
    like to extend its utmost gratitude for the expression of support of the members of the
    Protected Area Management Board, especially in the implementation of plans and
    projects within the natural park.

    For CY 2022, this office is conducting DELINEATION AND DEMARCATION


    ACTIVITIES to mark the boundaries of Mount Apo Natural Park, encompassing 7
    municipalities, under both Region XI and Region XII.

    To move further with our shared endeavor, this office shall conduct a Community
    Education and Public Awareness (CEPA) activity, to discuss the delineation and
    demarcation, and to formulate schedules and logistical support of the following activities:

    1. Legal basis of demarcation activities;


    2. Reconnaissance survey of boundary points;
    3. Hauling and installation of monuments;
    4. Compacting and Backfilling;
    5. Installation of Signage;
    6. Tree Planting Activities; and
    7. To discuss other issues and concerns.

    We are requesting your kind office that we can conduct the abovementioned CEPA
    activity on September 13, 2022 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Barangay Binaton
    Tribal Hall.

    Anent to this, It is vital to invite the representative of the community especially occupying
    near Mount Apo Natural Park boundaries to attend the abovementioned activity. A map
    is also attached in this letter for reference.
