Rental Agreement: ND TH
This rental agreement is made and executed at Bangalore on this TENTH day of
AUGUST Two Thousand eight (10-08-2008) :
WITHNESS AS FOLLOWS:
B. Whereas the Lessee shall pay the rent of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only)
On or before 5th of every month of the Lessor excluding electrical charges.

D. Whereas the Lessee shall pay the Electricity Charges as per bill issued by the
concerned department regularly every month.
E. Whereas the Lessee shall keep the said premises in good order and tenantable
Condition and no complaints should be from the neighbors.
F. Whereas the Lessee shall use said premises for shop, godown, or business
Purpose only.
G. Whereas the Lessee shall not have power to sub-let, underlet, renovate and
Alter the said premises without consent permission from the Lessor.
H. Whereas the Lessee have agreed that the rent shall be payable on or before 5th
Of every month. If the Lessee fail to pay the rent consequently for Three (3)
month ,then the owner has the right to deduct the rent from the deposit amount
After the completion/termination of the agreement or if the Lessee wishes to
discontinue further then the tenant should hand over the position to the owner
And vacate the premises with a same condition as before.
I. Whereas both parties should give Three months prior notice in order to help
Themselves for their resources and alternatives accommodation.
J. Whereas the rental period 3 years from the date of this agreement. After the
Initial period of Eleven (11) Months the rental period may be extended by
Mutual consent of both the parties by increasing the rent 5% for every year.
K. Whereas the original paper of this agreement is retained by the Lessor and
The Xerox copy of the lessee.
L. Whereas as the Lessee paint the said premises at the time of vacation in his own
cost and risk. Neatly or equivalent painting charges will be deducted from the
advance amount.
M. Whereas the Lessee cause any damage to the building fails to pay the rent and
Damages to the fittings etc. during the period of tenancy then the Lessor has
full liberty to deduct such amount in security deposit amount.
