DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by and between:

SUSAN L. CASISON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and with


address at No. 14 Windsor Street, Barangay Greater Fairview, Quezon City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR; and

QIAN WATER REALTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a


domestic corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic
of the Philippines, with business address at Ground Floor Hotel 45 Bagumbayan
Street, Salud Mitra Barangay, Baguio City, Philippines, herein represented by
CHERRY WONG SIA, by virtue of the authority granted to her as could be
evidenced by the hereto attached Secretary’s Certificate marked as Annex “A”,
who is of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and with address at No. 110
Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE;
W I T N E S S E T H:

That the VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner of a certain parcels
of land including the improvements thereon located at Pugo, Bauang, La Union,
containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY
SEVEN (15,877) Square Meters, more or less, as covered by Original Transfer
Certificate of Title No. RO-69(2652) and ONE THOUSAND (1,000) Square
Meters, more or less, as covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. 025-
CARP2019000154, both issued by the Registry of Deeds for the Province of La
Union, and more particularly described as follows:
