Real Estate Management System
INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT :

Real Estate site Management system is a program designed to the new real
estate consultant, who recently engaged in site distribution. They
purchased the land recently and converted them into sites. To manage the
whole process this software is developed.

Real estate sector is one of the most globally recognized sectors. It


comprises of four sub sectors - housing, retail, hospitality, and
commercial. The growth of this sector is well complemented by the
growth in the corporate environment and the demand for office space as
well as urban and semi-urban accommodations.

LIMITATION OF THE CURRENT SYSTEM :

➢ Sales and Purchase Details:


Maintaining all the details like sales, purchase, Manufacturing
preparing the Job card is a very tedious job.

➢ Excess paper work :


For maintaining of records lot of paper gets
wasted

➢ Searching is very difficult:


searching for details about particular
Customer, Supplier, Product etc is tedious.

➢ Time Consuming:
Due to manual entry it takes lot of time to
record the data.

➢ Misplacement of records:
Since records are stored in registers so
there is high risk of misplacement of records.

➢ Manual Errors:
While maintaining records error is bound to arise.

➢ Improper product Info:


As all the products information is
maintained via templates, so when customer enquiries for a
product so it becomes a tedious job to convey a customer.
ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM :

➢ GUI : The proposed system provides better graphical user


interface.

➢ Search : Searching product, Sales, Supplier, Job Process


details becomes comparatively easy.

➢ Increase work Speed : Due to automation of some part of the


system work speed will increase.

➢ Less Paperwork : For the proposed system less paper work is


required.

➢ Reduce Error : Due to computerized there are less


possibilities of error.

➢ Economical : Due to minimal errors and work delay proposed


system can be economically to the company.

MODULES WITH DESCRIPTIONS :

❖ USER (CLIENT) MODULES :


➢ Home Page: User can view the home page of the real estate management
system
➢ About: User can view about us page.
➢ Properties: User can view own and other owner properties they can view
property type wise, Status wise and city wise.
➢ Project details: Users can view particular project details, Images,
download brochure, enquires question ,etc .
➢ Contact us: User can view contact us page and email admin.

❖ ADMIN MODULES :
➢ Dashboard: In this section, admin can see all detail in brief like total
property type, city, rera id, status, total sqft area, total property listed, etc.
➢ Add Property : In this section, the admin can manage to add new
Project property details, image ,brochure pdf, etc.
➢ Update/Edit Property : In this section, the admin can manage to
update/edit currently existing Project property details, image ,
brochure pdf, etc.
➢ Delete Property : In this section, the admin can manage to delete
Currently existing project property details, image ,brochure pdf,
etc.
➢ Reviews: In this section admin, can view reviews and also approved,
disapproved and delete the reviews which is given by users.

❖ AGENT/BROKERS MODULES :
➢ Client/Customer Management : In this section, the Agent/broker can
view all client/customer information listing like name, phone number,
requirements, appointments, visits, interested in properties, budget,
locations, scheduling, etc .
➢ Add Client/Customer : In this section, the Agent/broker can add new
client/customer information listing like name, phone number, requirements,
appointments, visits, interested in properties, budget, locations, scheduling,
etc .
➢ Update Client/Customer : In this section, the Agent/broker can
update/edit current existing client/customer information listing like name,
phone number, requirements, appointments, visits, interested in properties,
budget, locations, scheduling, etc .
➢ Delete Client/Customer : In this section, the Agent/broker can delete
currently existing client/customer information details.
➢ Help Support : In this section, the Agent/broker can answer or solve
client/customer enquires via email.

❖ REGISTRATION AND LOGIN MODULES :

➢ Registration : This module will allow client/customer to register their


account if not created via username and password encryption.
• USER Registration : Any user can create their account by registering
their unique username and password.
• ADMIN Registration : Admin can create their account by registering
their unique username and password and also reset password via email .
• AGENT Registration : Any agent can create their own account by
registering their unique username and password by admin permission
only.
➢ Login : This module will allow client/customer to login once their account
is created by registration then only they can login via username and
password encryption.
• USER login : Any client/customer can login once they have successfully
registered their account using username and password.
• ADMIN login : Admin can login once they have successfully registered
their account using username and password will be securely checked with
email OPT confirmation .
• AGENT login : Any Agent can login once they have successfully registered
their account using username and password.
