Day 01:
Delhi – Shimla (21st Dec 2022)

On arrival at Delhi airport/railway station at from there you will meet and assist our
representative and now you will be ready to “Hit the Queen of Hills “drive to Shimla (380
km, 09hours’ journey). Traveling to Shimla is very exciting as it covers a few popular travel
destinations on the way on arrival at Shimla check in to hotel dinner & an overnight stay at
hotel.
Day 02:
Shimla – Kufri – Shimla Local (22nd Dec 2022)
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner

After breakfast at the hotel proceeds for full day sightseeing tour of Kufri as this is the last day
of your tour, you can go for buying some gifts for your family, relatives, colleague if you wish
to evening return to hotel dinner and overnight stay.

visit Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh dam, , Kullu Valley . Dinner & overnights stay at hotel.

Day 04
Manali – Solang Valley – Manali (24th Dec 2022)
Meal: - Breakfast & Dinner
After Breakfast at the hotel, drive towards Solang Valley 12 km from Manali.

Solang Nala (Valley):

Solang Nala (Valley) derives its name from a combination of words Solang (Nearby village)
and Nullah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of
the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on
the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The
sport’s most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and Zorbing. Snow
melts during the summer months starting May and skiing is then replaced by Zorbing (a
giant ball with room for 2 people which is rolled down a 200 meter hill), paragliding
and parachuting (cost extra). A ropeway was recently opened. Going to the summit can be
possible by ATVs, Ropeway or Climbing (Trekking).Overnight stay and dinner in the hotel.

of Manali, also known variously as the “Hadimba Temple”. It was built in 1553 and an
enormous rock occupies the inside of the temple, only a 7.5 cm (3 inch) tall brass image
representing goddess Hadimba Devi. In evening return to the hotel dinner and overnight stay.

Manali – Delhi - Departure (26th Dec 2022)

 Early check in & late checkout payments are directly settled by the guest in hotels.

 Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the
quotation.
 In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms will be provided in
similar hotels.
 In case guests demand higher category rooms, guests will pay the difference amount in
the hotel directly.
 Meals Plan must be followed as per the hotels Menu . We are Not Responsible for any
kind of unavailable Meal.
 Please carry your valid identity proof ( Adhar Card ) during the Tour.
 Transportation charges will be extra in case guest book their hotels far away from City
(In case Guest have own booking with hotels )

Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm the package kindly pay 30% amount as advance in our company’s account
Mention below:
Hotel vouchers will be issued after receiving 50% Payment & complete your remaining
payment on arrival of the first day.

No Payments will be considered, if Amount transferred in the personal account of the staff.
Company will take legal action against staff members, if anyone is found involved in such a
scam

Note: All The clients are advised not to transfer even a single rupee to the personal
account of any employee.

Cancellation Policy

1. 20% deduction (of Total Package) if cancelled before or above 30 days prior to
arrival date.
2. 50% deduction (of Total package) if booking cancelled before 15 days prior to
arrival date.
 3. No refund if cancelled before 7 days prior to arrival.
4. We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date.
5. Advance amount/payment will not be refundable.
6. Credit Notes will be given to the guest in case of Tour postponed / cancelled due to
any genuine reasons ( valid for one year) .

Note: No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or
any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor adjustable
& exchangeable.
Sightseeing will be covered as per time permits during the Tour. Extra use of the vehicle (car
/ coaches with the driver) does not include in the package (extra usage of vehicle like after
transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary)
No discount will be provided after confirmation of the package.
