    Step 1...
    • Take time to learn about the
    HyperCard. Start here:
    • https://hyperpayhelp.zendesk.co
    m/hc/en-us
    • Log in to your HyperPay app and
    tap on the HyperCard icon.
    Step 2a...
    • There are four card choices.
    1) Virtual card (limited acceptance)
    2) Paytend Mastercard (Euro currency)
    3) JDB Visa (USD currency)
    4) JDB UnionPay (USD currency, very
    limited use)

    * You are allowed to apply for one


    virtual card and one physical card. If
    you're in the US, you will want the JDB
    Visa card.
    Step 2b...
    • Tap on any card and then tap on
    Details.
    • The same details are available
    within each card.
    • Take time to snoop around the
    cards so you understand the
    different screens.
    Step 3...
    • Scroll down so you
    can read all the details
    available on each
    card.
    • NOTE: The delivery
    time may be longer
    than stated (90+
    days).
    • NOTE: Application
    total is around
    $120USD.
    Step 4...
    • Choose your card
    • Tap on Apply
    Step 5...
    • Complete the application information.
    • Make sure your name is
    listed precisely as it is listed on your
    passport.
    • You will need to upload a photo of
    your passport, showing all the details
    clearly, and a photo of you holding
    your passport.
    • NOTE: You must have sufficient USDT
    on deposit to cover the cost of
    application before submitting. You can
    leave the application and return to
    complete later if you need to.
    Step 6...
    • When you take a "selfie", the image is
    reversed. In order for the application
    to be approved, you'll need to make
    sure it is changed back so the
    reviewers can read your passport
    clearly.
    • If your application is denied, it is likely
    for some issue with your photos. Try
    again. Make sure your picture doesn't
    cut out any portion of the passport
    and all numbers are clearly readable.
    • Check your application any time you
    like. NOTE They do not review
    applications on weekends or holidays.
    Step 7...
    • Once your application is
    approved, it will say PASSED in
    your application record.
    • Now, you wait. Sometimes for
    several months. There is nothing
    you can do to speed up the
    process.
    • When your card is shipped, it
    will say ACTIVATE.

    • Once you receive your card, • Log in to your HyperPay app.

    Step 9...
    • Remember, this is a DEBIT card, not
    a credit card. In order to use it,
    you'll need to add funds.
    • Use the Receive icon on the
    HyperPay main screen to
    receive crypto.
    • Then you can Deposit BTC, ETH, or
    USDT to your card from your
    assets.
    • As you use your card (either for
    direct purchases or at any
    ATM) you can review records on
    the History tab.
