Inhalation
Move the person to fresh air. Seek medical attention and bring these instructions.
Ingestion
DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Immediately rinse mouth and provide fresh air. Immediately give a
couple of glasses of water or milk, provided the victim is fully conscious. Do not give victim anything
to drink if he is unconscious. If vomiting occurs, keep head low so that stomach content doesn’t get into
the lungs. Get medical attention.
Skin contact
Promptly wash contaminated skin with soap or mild detergent and water. Promptly remove clothing if
soaked through and wash as above.
Burns: Flush with water immediately. While flushing, remove clothes which do not adhere to affected
area. Call an ambulance. Continue flushing during transport to hospital. Chemical burns must be treated
by a physician.
Eye contact
Important! Immediately rinse with water for 15-20 minutes. May cause permanent damage if eye is not
immediately treated. Make sure to remove any contact lenses from the eyes before rinsing. Get medical
attention.

Protective Equipment
Engineering measures
Provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation.
Respiratory Equipment
Generally not required. If necessary use Self-Contained Breathing apparatus (SCBA).
Hand Protection
Use protective gloves made of: Nitrile rubber (NBR). Be aware that the liquid may penetrate the gloves.
Frequent change is advisable.
Eye Protection
Wear approved safety goggles or face shield.
Other Protection
Provide eyewash station and safely shower. Wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of skin
contact.
Hygiene Measures
Wash promptly if skin becomes contaminated. Wash at the end of each work shift and before eating,
smoking and using toilet. Use appropriate skin cream to prevent drying of skin. Promptly remove any
clothing that becomes wet or contaminated.
