Chiefly, to enhance productivity, the utilization of information systems is inevitable in

the effective management of organizations. Because they facilitate approaches to the entry,

analysis and tracking of significant data in organizational management, information systems are

central to human resource management (Kavanagh et al., 2018). The software program and the

online tools used in managing information in an organization are regarded as Human Resource

Information Systems. Targeting the streamlining of recruitment techniques, tracking the data of

applicants, and improving employment posting and storage of employees’ data, Larson Property

Management Company seeks to update its HRIS program (Ghapanchi & Talaei-Khoei, 2018).

Thus, the assessment of the endorsed HRIS software will encompass the evaluation of the

significance of HRIS data and mechanism perspectives, the business operations of the program

and the selection of the appropriate vendor to achieve the organization's aim.

Data and Process of the Endorsed Human Resource Information System

Primarily, the data process viewpoints help assess the significance of the HRIS program.

To make sound decisions regarding the procurement of the HRIS program, the data and process

viewpoints will guide the resolution. Corporate data would help establish the efficacy of the

HRIS program over a given duration. Besides, success elements data will be employed to aid

Larson Property Management Company in maintaining accurate records of applicants, their

assessment of anticipated applicants and confirming with the applicants (Ghapanchi & Talaei-

Khoei, 2018). Similarly, the data perspective should be vast for a dataset to aid Larson Property

Management Company in upholding huge volumes of information when required. Besides, data

perspectives enhance the techniques of comprehending the clients, applicants, organizational

operations and performance to anticipate a trend, online interfaces, and the market sphere to

improve clients’ services. Moreover, the process perspective encompasses techniques to assess

the internal mechanisms that would be impacted by the incorporation of the program (Kavanagh

et al., 2018). Because it outlines how organizational operations are accomplished and offers

contemplations on the procedures to be prioritized, process perspectives remain essential for the

organization's success. The assessment of data and process viewpoints will aid in pinpointing the

merits of approaches and repercussions of using the enhanced and advanced HRIS program at

Larson Property Management Company.

Logical Modeling of Process

Markedly, the incorporation of the HRIS program in Larson Property Management

Company will comprise the appraisal of the logical process framework, which will be employed

in enhancing the methodologies in the Company. The delineation and the launching of a data

flow diagram will be the initial phase of the logical process. The data flow and storage

procedures will be depicted in the data flow diagram (Kazi & Kazi, 2022). Besides, the

components of the Human Resource department, files of workers, application system, reports

and management workforce will be incorporated into the data flow diagram. Larson Property

Management Company's primary operations will include getting applicants, updating the

recruitment files, selecting applicants, designing reports and apprising employees’ documents.

The commercial operations will encompass the recruiting and placement resolutions (Kavanagh

et al., 2018). Generally, the procedures include the assessment of job applications, the

performance of interviews and conducting background evaluations. Hence, the HRIS program

will be crucial in improving the performance of the Company and decreasing the difficulties in

the enrollment processes.

The Vendors of the HRIS Program

Noteworthy, the incorporation procedure of the HRIS program concludes with the

strategy of weighing the software's expense, abilities, operational and dependability. UltiPro,

Workday and OrangeHRM software programs are the three vendors considered. Primarily, the

UltiPro program has several capacities, including Human Resource structures, payroll, hiring,

artificial intelligence, worker appraisals, and projecting analytical tools. The Software program

accommodates five users in a Company. The yearly payment for the UltiPro program is $600

(Geshkov, 2021). Similarly, the Workday program houses several features, including managing

finances, creative technology, and management of talent, profit, expenditure and capital

management (Klotz et al., 2022). Workday accounts for about $100-$200 per worker in three

years. The software is relatively expensive. Moreover, OrangeHRM software comprises

numerous features such as employment compliance, training sections, corrective tracking,

appraisals, leave and information management (Ghapanchi & Talaei-Khoei, 2018). Monthly, $40

is required for leasing OrangeHRM.

With over 1000 workers, Larson Property Management Company would pay an average

of $100,000-$200,000 for the Workday in the three-year contract, which is considerably higher

than the other vendors. Regardless of its low cost, OrangeHRM is ineffectual in aiding Larson

Company Management Company in executing numerous operations. As a result, with a

considerably low expense of $600 annually and various services, UltiPro is the software for

Larson Property Management Company (Geshkov, 2021).
