My Jobs
Members can post the resume (text format) and Portfolio Members can print the resume (in web page) Members can search the jobs posted by the recruiters Members can respond to the jobs. Sending his/her resume to the recruiter must be only through the website. Members can block specific companies to see his/her resume Jobs can be searched by location, job categories etc. Member can view the details and profile posted by the company. Members will update their profile which must include: First Name, Last Name, Desired user name, Choose a Password, Re-enter password, Phone number, Mobile number, Date of Birth, Email Id, Current location, Preferred job location, Certifications, Qualifications, Highest level of education or certification. User can upload their resumes here in MS Word format (upto 5) or create a new resume using a provided step by step guide. Upload screenshots of work, links to work, letters of recommendations, and any other items they would like to showcase to employers. User has to fill their employment profile details like name, address, phone no., email, work authorization, security clearance, language spoken, recent job title, recent employer, job functions, experience level, education level, school name, commitment, desired position, salary preference, desired travel, relocation. User can add a cover letter (upto 5) here and this letter will be added to all the employees to whom your resume is sent. Job Alerts and Magazine subscriptions: - they should be able to subscribe to alerts and emails for desired categories. Once they subscribe, they should receive emails whenever new jobs are posted in the categories they subscribe from this job alert which enables them to send their application for the same. Confidentially Settings: - This module gives options to enable/disable their contact details. They should be able to set confidentiality settings in the following two ways. (1) Employer should be able to search for jobseekers resumes and all the details with the job seeker holding the right to mask name and contact information. However the employers should be able to send email to such job seeker through a link provided by the portal (2) Job seekers should also have an option to upload resumes without allowing any sort of access to the employer. Their resumes will not be appearing through the search facility. However, they can apply for any number of jobs available by clicking on the job code and pressing the submit button.

Recruiters can post the company profile. During the inactive period, the recruiter should be able to do all the activities related to that job posting like change the status of the job seeker resume status to short listed, rejected, blocked, called for interview, rejected in interview, rejected for other reason, job offered etc. The recruiter can be able to delete the job posting after one month, i.e. after the job posting becomes inactive. Once the job posted in website, the recruiter is not allowed to change the content or delete the job posting. Basically no changes are allowed to the job posting. There will be a warning message to let recruiter know about this before posting the job (this is because to eliminate the multiple job requirement changes by the recruiter). The job posting size should be limited to 1500 characters. Each employer can post as many jobs as allowed by the package they purchased. This number needs to be controlled in the admin module. Recruiter should be able to preview the job posting before posting the job. During preview the change/modify button should present to modify the content. All the jobs posted by the recruiters should be accessible to all the guest users of website. The recruiter can only see the resume of any job seeker only when the job seeker sends his resume to that particular recruiter job posting. Recruiter can not access the job seekers resume if the job seeker is not responded to that job posting. If the recruiter/employer wants to see all the resumes of the job seekers, he needs to purchase a proper plan from website.

Registration with latest validation facilities. To prevent misuse of the company login, some token amount will be charged even during free introductory period just to capture valid credit card information. When a company registers to begin dealing with us, a paypal validation must be necessary. The details of the membership package or plan like type, subscribed date, expiry date, privileges etc. from employer's home page or left menu of their home page.

Recruiters can view newest profiles posted in the web site according to their selected keywords (tags). Recruiters can set preferences like major, full time or internship, location Recruiters will receive an email notification 10 days before the job posting is to be deleted to make sure that he needs to save all the data related to that job posting. This email must have all the response details from the job seeker and each job seeker status related to that job posting.

New users have to click the Sign Up to register them selves, user have to fill the details given to be able to apply to jobs, post to message board User have to fill all these details like Name (First, and Last), Email ID (This becomes the user ID of the user to login to the website), Password, Re-confirm password, Users have to accept the Terms and Conditions given by the website. An email is sent to the users ID who registered with the site.

Admin can add/ edit/ delete jobs, employers, job seekers and job categories. Admin can access to job seeker and employer control panel. Admin has control over all the functionalities in the site. Admin can search jobseekers and employers on the basis of keywords, name, email address, country, industry sector etc. Admin can set up multiple posting packages for employers with varying prices and access levels. Admin can apply restrictions on job posting, resume search, contact info, applicant screening, and company profile.
