I learnt about American history when in my History class.

The tutor stated that the term

"America" refers to the lands of the Western Hemisphere, which include many different entities
and regions with varying geographical, political, and cultural definitions. As far as the English-
speaking world is concerned, he added that there are two distinct continents in the Americas:
North America and South America. Parts of Europe, Latin America, and a few other places refer
to the Americas collectively as just "America."

Native Americans and other indigenous peoples were individuals who lived in the Americas before to
the entrance of European settlers in the 15th century, as well as any subsequent ethnic groups that have
claimed that heritage. I discoverded that ,Traditional subsistence for many indigenous peoples of the
Americas consisted of hunting and gathering; this is still the case for many, particularly in the Amazon
basin; however, many indigenous communities also engaged in agriculture and aquaculture. Some
ancient communities were highly dependent on agriculture, while others relied on a combination of
hunting, gathering, and farming for their subsistence.

I also learnt that The indigenous peoples of some regions were credited with the creation of
states ,monumental architecture , kingdoms, city-states, chiefdoms, large-scale organized cities,
republics, emprires and confederacies. Additionally, these peoples were responsible for the
development of city-states. Some of them had varied degrees of expertise in fields such as
mathematics,writing, architecture , planting and irrigation,,engineering,
astronomy, geology, sculpture, gold smiting, metallurgy and. Others were skilled in these fields as well.

I've given some thought to the options provided, and I think I know what to call them. I've used every
single one of those terms at some point in my life, either because I learned something new or because I
decided it was more appropriate. The term indigenous people could fit them best because they are the
rightful people that are supposed to inhibit the place as they are allegedly the first people seen there
