DISASSEMBLY AND

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

STEPS FOR DISASSEMBLE

1. Prepare all your tools


2. Turn off the system unit and unplug
the AVR.
3. Touch the unpainted part of your
system unit.
4. Remove the screws of the side cover.
5. Remove the components inside of the
computer.
STEPS FOR DISASSEMBLE

6. Remove first the power supply.


7. Remove the data cable.
8. Detach the RAM, video card and other
card peripheral components.
9. Remove all the drives (hard drives,
optical drives)
10. Remove the front panel connectors.
11. Remove the motherboard.
12. Clean the system unit chassis.

1. Make a space.

*** In assembling back your computer, it


is just the reverse of the disassembling.

2. Secure the motherboard.

3. Put back the drives to the correct


bays.

4. Connect back the RAM, and other
expansion cards to its proper slots.

5. The data cables (IDE, SATA, floppy


cable) should be connected to its proper
headers and drives.

6. Put back the power supply and secure


its screws.

7. Have a final inspection by visually
checking for loose connection or
improper connection.

8. Put back the assembled computer


back to its place and power it up.
