Course Description
This course introduces the basic concepts of limit, continuity, differentiation, integration,
and some of their applications.
Course objectives

2.3. Properties of Derivatives
2.4. Derivatives of Functions
2.5. The Chain Rule
2.6. Higher Derivatives
2.7. Implicit Differentiation
CHAPTER 4: INTEGRALS
4.1. Anti derivatives
4.2. Partitions, lower sums, upper sums, and Riemann sums
4.3. Definition of the Definite Integral
4.4. Integration Rules and Properties
4.5. The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus
4.6. Indefinite Integrals and their Properties
CHAPTER 5: Applications of Integrals
METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGIES
The methodologies used for the course are:
Conducting Lecture for those chapters that need clarification and elaboration..
Some chapters / sections that are appropriate for Discussion will be presented
in group discussion form.
Project (if appropriate) will be given
Some chapters / sections may be given as a Reading Assignment.
In all the methods followed it will be tried to make it participatory.
