 There are different types of diffusers used for different ponds.

 They are very strict when it comes to their bio-security protocols. They use boots to
prevent outside shoes and dirt from coming in contact with the shrimps and their
environment. There are also some parts of the pond which can only be visited by
those who are staying in with them. Their workers are also staying in and have their
rest days once a week or once in two weeks to prevent the in and out of outside
factors that may affect the shrimp’s growth.
 The sex of a shrimp can be determined by looking closely at their bellies. Female
shrimps have wide bellies than male shrimps.
 The environment is very clean and suitable for shrimp culture.
 They do not discriminate workers according to educational background. Their
laborers have varied educational attainments. Some are college graduates, and there
are others who are elementary undergraduates. They value skills and work ethics
more. However, their technicians are mostly Fisheries graduates, which makes sense
since they handle technicalities which require higher knowledge and a professional
background.
