    SUBJECT: Spot Report: Stabbing Incidents

    DATE : March 27, 2022

    1. Reference :

    2. On or about 7:30 in the evening on March 26, 2022 the stabbing incident transpired. The
    victim was identified as Joseph R. Alfonso , single , 24 years old , a resident on Brgy. Alilinu
    Camalaniugan Cagayan. Joseph was walking way back home ,While thereat , the suspect
    approach the victim and asked the victim to drink but the latter refused.

    3. Initial investigation, the victim sustained multiple stab wounds in the chest and was rushed to
    Toran Hospital for medical treatment but pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending
    physician thereat. The suspect was arrested at his house during hot-pursuit operation conducted,
    but the weapon used in the commission of the crime was not recovered and he is now under the
    custody of this station for investigation and proper disposition. The cadaver of the victim was
    moved to Regional Crime Laboratory Office, Camp Tirso H Gador, Tuguegarao City, for
    autopsy examination

    2. On or about 12 ‘o‘clock in the morning on December 5, 2021, complainant Robbert D.


    Masipag , 32 years old , married of No. 357 Sampaguita Street, Brgy. Bulaklak , Tuguegarao
    City , was allegedly physically threatened by Isko Moreno , According to the complaint he and
    Isko Moreno had a altercation .

    3. The motive of incident is undetermined and the case still under investigation.

    SUBJECT : Spot Report: Homicide and Physical Injuries

    DATE : June 11, 2021

    2. On June 11, 2021 at around 9:30 in the evening a shooting incident transpired at Zone 3 Brgy.
    Toran, Aparri Cagayan. The victim was identified as Juan Delarosa 28 years old , Married , and
    a resident of Barangay Toran, Aparri Cagayan , was shot dead by the suspect Patrick Deluna , 25
    years old, at the same place. According to the testimonies of residents on the said place , Juan
    have a drinking session with Patrick until they have a argument which results to the incident. The
    victim was shot by a 38 caliber pistol in his chest which results to the death of the victim. The
    victim was immediately rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival by the
    attending physician to treat. The suspect was voluntarily surrendered to office who responded the
    incident and a homicide case was submitted for the prosecution of the suspect.

    3. The motive of incident was caused of anger and intoxication.
