A memorandum was issued by Investigator-On-Case PSSg Rogelio Jr S. Dominsil of the Baguio City Police Office, Station 5 regarding a battery incident. At around 1:35 PM on March 16, 2023 at the Crime Laboratory 1 in Baguio City, an unidentified person armed with a gavel repeatedly beat Mr. Hydrian R. Pacalso on the head, causing his death. The suspect then fled the scene heading in an unknown direction. The victim's body was discovered around 2:00 PM. A concerned citizen reported the incident to police at 2:10 PM, and a manhunt for the unidentified suspect is underway.

1. REFERENCE: Blotter Report entry No. 123 dated March 29, 2023 at Baguio City
Police Office, Station 5, Legarda Road, Baguio City.

2. FACTS OF THE CASE:


At about 1:35 P.M. of March 16, 2023 at the Crime Laboratory 1, UC, Legarda Campus,
Legarda Road, Baguio City, one John Doe or Jane Doe, armed with a Gavel, has
repeatedly beaten the head of the victim, Mr. Hydrian R. Pacalso, causing his fatal
injuries.

The suspect fled immediately after the incident heading towards an unknown direction.
Meanwhile, the victim’s body was only discovered at around 2:00 P.M. By then, the
victim was already deceased.

At about 2:10 P.M. of the same date, a phone call from a concerned citizen reported the
incident at the Baguio City Police Office, Station 5. A manhunt operation against the
unidentified suspect in under way.
