Working system of medical refrigerator: intermittent operation

Safety Precautions
Power supply voltage: This equipment uses 220V/50Hz AC power supply. If the
voltage is lower than 187V or higher than 242V, it is necessary to install a suitable
automatic voltage regulator for use;
Using the medical refrigerator, the power supply is required to have a low-voltage air
circuit breaker and a leakage protection device;
It is necessary to use a dedicated independent socket and carry out reliable grounding.
Do not lengthen the length of the power cord. If it is really necessary to lengthen, be
sure to use a copper conductor of 2.5mm2 or more. The cross-sectional area of the
copper conductor in the wall connected to the power socket must also be guaranteed.
4mm2 or more;
It is strictly forbidden to put flammable, explosive dangerous goods and strong
corrosive acids and alkalis in medical refrigerators;
The key should be kept in a safe place to prevent the child from opening the door after
playing and having an accident;
Do not connect the neutral wire (N end) of the socket to the ground wire (E end).
Otherwise, the medical refrigerator case will be charged and an electric shock will
occur.
The power cord cannot be bundled and used. It cannot be pressed under heavy objects
and cannot be close to heat sources such as compressors.
After the medical refrigerator is unpacked, the medical refrigerator is placed
according to the requirements of the use environment;
The box has been cleaned at the factory, but it is recommended to use a small amount
of neutral detergent to wash the medical refrigerator, then scrub with water and dry
(the electrical part can not be cleaned and can only be wiped with a dry cloth);
Set the thermostat of the medical refrigerator to 5 ° C, turn on the power, and start the
compressor after 3 minutes. After 30 minutes, the temperature in the medical
refrigerator was significantly reduced, indicating that the refrigeration system was
working properly and the test machine was over;
For the first time use, it is recommended to put the items to be stored in the box after
the temperature in the box has dropped to the use temperature. If there are too many
items stored, it is recommended to store them in three times. Wait for the last time the
storage temperature drops to the set temperature and store it again. Excessive storage
at one time may cause the refrigerator to fall below the set temperature for a long time,
causing damage to the items;
In order to save electricity, try to reduce the number of door opening and opening time
Control panel parameters
1. Description
The controller controls the medicine box and has five temperature sensors (two
cabinet temperature displays, one control cabinet temperature, one temperature alarm,
control cabinet temperature and alarm sensor when one of them fails and the other can
replace its function), 1 Door switch alarm sensor; can control refrigeration, fan motor,
and cabinet lights; buzzer sounds alarm, power failure alarm shows temperature for
72 hours.

2. Sensor input
The cabinet temperature display sensor 1, the cabinet temperature display
sensor 2: the display cabinet temperature is the average value of the cabinet
temperature display sensor 1 and the cabinet temperature display sensor 2.
Cabinet temperature alarm sensor: measures the temperature inside the cabinet for
over-temperature alarm, and the control and display sensor functions can replace each
other.
Cabinet temperature control sensor: measuring the temperature inside the cabinet,

5 Parameter category and description
5.1 Temperature sensor calibration
The temperature measured by the temperature sensor can be corrected and stabilized
using the parameters given in the table below.
Parameter description Min Max Unit Default
/0 Sensor measurement stability 1 15 - 4
/1 Cabinet temperature control sensor offset -5.0 5.0 o
C 0.0
/2 Cabinet temperature display sensor offset -5.0 5.0 o
C 0.0
Cabinet temperature alarm sensor offset
o
/3 -5.0 --- C 0.0
Cabinet temperature control sensor offset
o
/4 -5.0 --- C 0.0
/5 Condenser sensor offset -5.0 --- o
C 0.0
Parameter Description:
/0 sensor measurement stability
This parameter defines the coefficient of temperature measurement stability. Smaller
values speed up the sensor's response time and are more sensitive to interference.
Larger values slow down the response time of the sensor, but are less sensitive to
interference, ie, have a more stable value.
/1,/2,/3, /4,/5 sensor offset
This parameter is used to correct the measured temperature of the sensor. The sign of
the value indicates whether the temperature of the cabinet displays the temperature
plus (positive number) or minus (negative) offset.
If the parameter value = ---, the sensor is masked.

5.2 Temperature control parameters

According to the actual temperature measurement and parameter setting of the cabinet
temperature control sensor, the compressor starts and stops.
Parameter description Min Max Unit Default

refrigerant filling

1. Connect the middle section of the high and low pressure table with the refrigerant
cylinder first, then connect the low pressure side of the double pressure table to the
quick connector of the compressor process tube and close the double pressure gauge
2. When emptying,open the cylinder valve emptying, then the meter valve middle end
slightly open drain, feel cold in the middle of the table beam said emptying valve end.
3. Turn the refrigerant cylinders that open the valve upside down on the electronic
scale. The connecting pipe between the cylinder and the charge block is a U-shaped
natural bend to reduce the effect of the connection pipe on the reading. After the
reading is stable, clear it. In the filling of the refrigerant at the beginning of the table
when the knob can open a large point, when close to the near charge when the knob
will be timely twist the small, so that the reading increased to 0.1g up until the
completion of filling.
4. Cylinders can not be long (30Min above) placed on the electronic scale.
