2. Sensor input
The cabinet temperature display sensor 1, the cabinet temperature display
sensor 2: the display cabinet temperature is the average value of the cabinet
temperature display sensor 1 and the cabinet temperature display sensor 2.
Cabinet temperature alarm sensor: measures the temperature inside the cabinet for
over-temperature alarm, and the control and display sensor functions can replace each
other.
Cabinet temperature control sensor: measuring the temperature inside the cabinet,
used for cabinet temperature control, control and display sensor functions can replace
each other.
Condenser sensor: Measure the condenser temperature and alarm if the temperature
is higher than the set temperature.
Door switch detection port: Connect the door switch. If the door switch is not closed
within the set time, the door open alarm indicator flashes and the buzzer sounds the
output.
4.Control parameters
a、Press the SET key is more than 5S, the digital tube displays the parameter
d, press the SET key to confirm the password, the digital tube will display "/0";
f, press the SET key to display the r1 parameter value (such as 5);
g, use the UP key or DOWN key to reduce the value to the value 2
h, press the SET key to temporarily store the modified value and return to the
display parameter;
Press the SET key for more than 3 seconds to save the modified parameters
and return to the display parameter category. The setting is completed.
Note: If there is no key in the 60S during the process, the setting will be overtime and
back out, and the setting will not be saved.
5 Parameter category and description
5.1 Temperature sensor calibration
The temperature measured by the temperature sensor can be corrected and stabilized
using the parameters given in the table below.
Parameter description Min Max Unit Default
/0 Sensor measurement stability 1 15 - 4
/1 Cabinet temperature control sensor offset -5.0 5.0 o
C 0.0
/2 Cabinet temperature display sensor offset -5.0 5.0 o

/3 -5.0 --- C 0.0
Cabinet temperature control sensor offset
o
/4 -5.0 --- C 0.0
/5 Condenser sensor offset -5.0 --- o
C 0.0
Parameter Description:
/0 sensor measurement stability
This parameter defines the coefficient of temperature measurement stability. Smaller
values speed up the sensor's response time and are more sensitive to interference.
Larger values slow down the response time of the sensor, but are less sensitive to
interference, ie, have a more stable value.
/1,/2,/3, /4,/5 sensor offset
This parameter is used to correct the measured temperature of the sensor. The sign of
the value indicates whether the temperature of the cabinet displays the temperature
plus (positive number) or minus (negative) offset.
If the parameter value = ---, the sensor is masked.
5.4 Alarm
In order to prevent misjudgment of the fault and ensure the normal operation of the
controller, the alarm parameter is set in the controller, and the user is prompted when
the fault occurs.

AL low temperature alarm temperature
Low temperature alarm temperature, when the temperature inside the cabinet (the
cabinet temperature display sensor) is lower than or equal to AL, if the alarm delay is
met (see parameter Ad), the buzzer will sound.
AH high temperature alarm temperature
High temperature alarm temperature, when the temperature inside the cabinet is
higher than or equal to AH, if the alarm delay is met (see parameter Ad), the buzzer
will sound.
Ad alarm delay
Alarm delay. When the temperature reaches the alarm temperature, it does not
immediately alarm, and it will take an alarm after the Ad time. If the alarm condition
is released during the delay, the alarm delay is canceled and the counter is cleared to
0.If Ad=0 is set, an alarm will be given immediately.
AS Alarm delay after power-on
After the meter is powered on, the temperature inside the cabinet (the cabinet
temperature display sensor) will also be blocked. After the time AS, it will judge
whether it is an alarm.
AO door open alarm delay
When the door is not closed, the door open alarm flag flashes on the control panel,
and the buzzer sounds.
AC condenser high temperature alarm temperature
The condenser high temperature alarm temperature, when the condenser temperature
is higher than or equal to AC, if the alarm delay is met (see parameter AE), the buzzer
will sound.
AE condenser alarm delay
Condenser alarm delay. When the temperature reaches the alarm temperature, it does
not immediately alarm, and it will not alarm until after AE time. If the alarm condition
is released during the delay, the alarm delay is canceled and the counter is cleared to
0.If AE=0 is set, an alarm will be given immediately.

1. Connect the middle section of the high and low pressure table with the refrigerant
cylinder first, then connect the low pressure side of the double pressure table to the
quick connector of the compressor process tube and close the double pressure gauge
2. When emptying, open the cylinder valve emptying, then the meter valve middle end
slightly open drain, feel cold in the middle of the table beam said emptying valve end.
3. Turn the refrigerant cylinders that open the valve upside down on the electronic
scale. The connecting pipe between the cylinder and the charge block is a U-shaped
natural bend to reduce the effect of the connection pipe on the reading. After the
reading is stable, clear it. In the filling of the refrigerant at the beginning of the table
when the knob can open a large point, when close to the near charge when the knob
will be timely twist the small, so that the reading increased to 0.1g up until the
completion of filling.
4. Cylinders can not be long (30Min above) placed on the electronic scale.
