Yes/No Questions

Yes/no questions require an affirmative (yes) or negative (no) answer. These questions
start with an auxiliary verb, such as: am, is, are, do, does, will, etc.

Are we walking in the park?

Examples:
Are you driving? (Yes / no question)
- No, I'm not. (Short negative answer)

Open Questions

Open questions request more information than just a "yes" or "no". They always begin with
what, when, where, which, etc. followed by an auxiliary.
