The difference between Sample Convert value 1 and Sample Convert Value 2 is too big or too small.

Using sample convert value 1 ~ 3 and blank convertion value, set variable A ~ F as below.
A = Sample Conversion Value 1 – Blank Conversion Value

When matching with any of following conditions, this error will occur.
- A is 3400 or less

2.7 Mixing Method
Mixing method is the same as XS.

2.7.1 Mixing Sequence

RBC/PLT

1. After draining rinsing reagent.


2. Add 1 mL CELLPACK by DP 1st dispense.
3. Add 4µL blood.
4. Right after blood dispense, add 1mL CELLPACK by DP 2nd dispense. Also pipette moves right
and left for mixing.

FCM (e.g. WNR)

1. After draining rinsing reagent.


2. Add 0.5mL LYSERCELL WNR by DP 1st dispense.
3. Add 17µL blood.
4. Right after blood dispense, add 0.5mL LYSERCELL by DP 2nd dispense and add 20µL
FLUOROCELL WNR by dye DP one dispense at almost same time. Also, pipette moves right
and left for mixing.
