The doubt clearing sessions happen everyday and are generally scheduled between 3 PM - 4 PM (may vary). The duration
of the sessions may vary from 40 mins - 60 mins. The students can also talk to the teacher for clarifying the doubts.

MODE OF DOUBT CLEARANCE :-


On MS Teams / i-tutor portal

1) A student can ask a doubt through Chat in Post section on MS Team platform during the session. The turn- around time
for the doubt resolution is 24 hrs if posted after the discussion hours.

2) Ask an Expert Facility on i-tutor :- A student can ask a max of 2 doubts per day in Ask an expert option on the i-tutor
portal. (text, image upload options can be used for asking the doubts )

Moreover , when the classroom centres will


open, the students will be able to clarify the
doubts from the teachers at the centre itself.

1. I am an average student. How will this classroom course help me crack highly competitive exams such as JEE and NEET?

Ans :- A student is given an error analysis of his weaker areas after every AIATS for improving the respective weak concepts .
Also, the student is provided with the i-tutor facility to revise and practice at his own pace for strengthening the fundamentals.

2. When does the doubt classes happen ?

Ans :- The doubt sessions generally happen everyday for one hour . The duration may vary from 50 mins - 60 mins.

3. What platform is currently used by teachers to teach the students ?

Ans :- A teacher uses MS Teams , digitizer to teach the students to teach online (if not at the centres)

4. Where will the student take different kind of test such as AIATS / UT / TE etc ?

5. Will the HYBRID course enrolled student be able to attend the lectures physically at the center ?

Ans :- No, A hybrid Course enrolled student can only clarify the doubts at the center, Moreover the student can also take the

9. How the revision part will be covered up for Class 11 in a 1 year/repeater course ?
Ans : It takes 2 months to complete the revision for class 11 syllabus. The faculty covers up the major concepts of one/two chapters per
day along with the doubt discussion.
10) What are the Total hours for 11&12th course?

Ans : Since the frequency of classes are dynamic and varies from branch to branch, we can't depict the total hours dedicated for the
course. Although according to the student journey, Aakash aims to complete the syllabus for JEE by December and for NEET by
February. Post to this the doubt clearing sessions, certain assessments continue till the exam happens.

11) In case Cx goes for the Hybrid course both 11th and 12th will be active for 2 years?

Ans : If a CX goes for a 2 YR hybrid course, class 11 th comprehensive study material ( physical books ' handouts ' assignments' ) ' will be
available with the student to refer on but as he transits to class 12, he will be continuing with 12th specific components only wherein
from Nov - Dec ( revision classes will happen for JEE enrolled students) | Nov - Jan ( revision classes will happen for the NEET enrolled
students) to make them recap about major topics of class 11th. No such relevance can be drawn with BYJU's K12 program as it is
currently a separate entity.

However , For 2 yr courses - itutor facility will be active for 11-12th

12) Who will decide the time for the classes in case of the Hybrid program? and what will be the duration of each class?

Ans : The class timings/schedule will be decided by the respective branch authorities. The duration of the classes may range from 1-1.5
hrs per subject.
14) What all language options do we have in Hybrid courses/Regular Classroom Courses?

Ans: The mode of communication is generally bilingual ( Hindi + English) at the north indian branches , English for the Southern
branches. The comprehensive Study material content is curated in English.

15) Teachers taking the live classes will be from the regional office?

Ans: Lectures will be delivered by the faculties of the respective branches at which the student is enrolled.

16) If students miss any Live class due to any reason will they get to attend the class again?

Ans :If a student misses out any class, he/she may refer to the i-tutor facility wherein pre-recorded videos are available.

17 ) How many doubts a student can ask on the I-Tutor app?

Ans :A student can ask a max of 2 doubts per day in the tab - Ask an expert" on the i-tutor facility.
