Final Report
In the context pertaining to the project management of the "Cleaner In" organization, it has to be
emphasized that the following factors have been considered pivotal in ensuring success to the
project such as the less overhead cost involved in customer engagement and acquisition via
online platforms based on the use of SEO campaigns and online advertisements
(Chandrachooodan, & Radhika, 2020). Moreover, customer satisfaction has been kept as the
utmost priority in the undertakings of the “Cleaner In” organization thereby ensuring competitive
advantage in its business operations. Besides, the competitive pricing measures have been
adopted keeping abreast with the economic level with the overarching aim of ensuring the fact
that each of its customers can readily avail their services and also build lasting relationships
amongst customers and the company. The strategic measures adopted by "Cleaner In" have
several financial and non-financial benefits. The financial benefits include the usage of websites
with the objective of facilitating the customer services via easy accessibility due to singular click
ensuring purchase and ordering of product items in place of expending both money and time for
cleaners within the physical market (Mantilla, 2020). The non-financial benefits associated with

the service project include improved cleaning satisfaction and enhanced life sovereignty.
Moreover, it was conceived that the website for Cleaner In organization needs to be developed
equipped with attractive and dynamic features capable of retaining sensitive service information.

The methodology adopted involves the design and utilization of an online website platform with
the aim of representing the cleaning service portfolio to the respective customers. This
necessitated project management steps with emphasis upon the factors of market reach, business
feasibility and distinctive proposals to position their respective services with the aim of fostering
competitive advantages in their operation. The results of this evaluation will help the project
teams come up with some unique ideas for orienting their services in the market and gaining a
competitive edge. The project's goal is to create a user-friendly website that will help customers
and guide them through the process of finding a service solution for their home or office.
Customers will be able to benefit from the simple cleaning solution if attractive graphics, work
presentation, and simple transactional options are used (Peszko, 2020). Moreover, the wake of
the Covid 19 situation has made it imperative that extensive measures need to be undertaken that
ensures people keep their spaces dust free and clean. Additionally, Cleaner In has hired outsider
constants to conduct business analysis and regularly update the company's website. It is the
responsibility of the IT consultant and developer to ensure the safety and security of the website
from any potential threats and data privacy. The online platform solution will facilitate customers
who are seeking commercial and household commodities and seeking cleaning teams. It is
expected that the online service strategy will cater itself as the optimal solution serving the needs
and preferences while eliminating the problems faced by the customers. This can be ascertained
in view of saving both time and monetary expenditures while offering them cleansing services.

The project feasibility ensures the smooth operation of the organization wherein customers can
have 24/7 accessibility to their web pages thereby facilitating customers to place their orders.
The feasibility options entailed to the website include simplicity of operation of web pages,
detailed coverage of service portfolio and comprehensive picture of the available web page
content facilitating customers (Petroutsatou, 2019). The risks that have been confronted while
implementing the project involves the risks entailed to user privacy, system damage caused due
to virus attacks and risks arising due to website hacking. The privacy and confidentiality of user
data can be ensured by incorporating EIS solutions that are geared towards safeguarding

sensitive customer and service information and also performing relevant security audits.
Moreover, an effective security system involving the use of anti-virus systems needs to be
invoked that can protect the user database and services while protecting against any potential
malware or viruses. Furthermore, it is required that end-to-end encryption be kept intact so that
web services of the business cannot be hampered by any external third party.

In view of the assessment of team performance in the case of Cleaner In the organization, I
would like to stress the fact that leadership and management of the project management activities
pertaining to "Cleaner In" organization can be improved in regards to the marketing and HRM
management areas by improving communication both at the intrapersonal and interpersonal
levels so that effective policies and measures can be implemented to ascertain not only necessary
improvements in sales and promotion and marketing measures but also ensure collaboration
amongst customers and workers to handle arising complaints in Cleaner In business operations.

Technology Report
In the context of the project management of the “Cleaner In” organization the project
management software under consideration that has been put in use is Microsoft Project.
Microsoft Project (MSP) comprises the project management software package that is designed
specifically for the use of project managers (Teslia et al., 2018). Whenever it comes to
envisioning, organizing, strategizing, and fostering teamwork, it can be used to any project with
great success. Individuals, businesses, construction managers, marketing organizations, and other
stakeholders can all benefit from using it in some way. In the case of the project management of
“Cleaner In” the use of MS Project has played a pivotal role in underlining the effective and
efficient deployment and allocation of project resources thereby improving project outcomes and
simultaneously reducing the downtime associated with the project. This can be particularly
evidenced on grounds of the fact that the project incurs no overhead expenses leading to
wastages in capital management of the project. This has further led to improvements in the
scheduling of resources and project-related tasks associated with the project thereby enabling
efficient marketing, maintenance and control operations in the case of the project under
consideration. Furthermore, the aforementioned measures have led to efficient allocation and
management of the project budget while monitoring the progress of the project. Given the

successful completion of the said project, I would like to emphasize that I have had difficulties
initially working with the MS Project software package. I strongly hope to become proficient and
acquire relevant expertise to monitor and manage complex projects in the future.
