SuperSave Store is the largest store in the locality. There is a placard posted on the
entrance to welcome and help customers and even offer coffee and to provide carry out to
customers’ car and umbrellas in case of rain. The store has organic vegetable salad bar
and indicates when the products arrived. They also operate child care center to cater
parents whose children are with them during grocery time. The store rewards its
customers through loyalty programs, special discounts and other rewards. They also give
credits to customers who can discover anything wrong in the store like dented cans or bad
vegetables. Because of this strategy, everything went smoothly and done to exceed
customers’ expectation. SuperSave Store wins’ customer’s heart because of its
performance of exceeding customer’s expectation.
