    Sub: Request for transfer letter

    Respected sir,
    With humble respect, I am Sirju Panta student of your
    prestigious campus studying in bachelor 2nd year
    (BBS)
    with roll no 110, beg to state that I am applying for my
    transfer to another campus. I have some family issues
    and to stay in Kathmandu for several years. So I don’t
    want to spoil my study and I want to transfer my
    campus
    to Gramin Aadarsha Multiple Campus located in
    Nepaltar, Kathmandu.

    Therefore, I kindly request you to issue the transfer


    certificate to me at the earliest so that it can be helpful
    for
    me to get my admission done without any delay. I shall
    be extremely obliged if the matter can be solved at the
    earliest.
