Pete is one of three playable Villains in the Villainous expansion, Perfectly Wretched. He is from
numerous short and feature films, but his locations are based on Steamboat Willie (1928), The Mail
Pilot (1933), Two-Gun Mickey (1934), and Mickey's Service Station (1935), with further gameplay
inspired by Hungry Hobos (1928) and Get a Horse! (2013).
Pete has a special setup: he has five Goal Tokens, and he randomly places four of them in his Realm,
one to each location. They are played face down, though Pete can look at them (and some Fate cards will
reveal them to his opponents). Each one has a different Objective, and when a Goal is completed, it is
removed from Pete's board. When he has completed all four selected Goals, Pete wins. The unused Goal
remains face down, and is not public knowledge.
Contents
[show]
Objective Edit
Pete must complete four different randomly selected Goals, one for each location in his Realm.
▪ Power Play: Spend at least 6 Power in one turn while Pete is at this location.
▪ Round Up: Start your turn with Allies totaling at least 10 Strength at this location.
▪ Rule the Realm: Start your turn with more Allies than Heroes at each location.
▪ Strike It Rich: Start your turn with at least three Items at this location.
▪ Win Big: Gain at least 4 Power from playing Play a Game at this location.
Clarifications Edit
▪ Win Big must be completed through the use of a single copy of Play a Game; it is not completed
if you reach a total of 4 Power through playing more than one copy.
▪ Power Play and Win Big are completed and taken off the board as soon as they are met.
▪ Round Up, Rule the Realm, and Strike It Rich do not have to be immediately completed and
taken off the board when they are met, but it can be risky not to, as they can be unmet.

"You want me to be the bad guy? Fine. Now I'm the bad guy."
Mother Gothel is one of three playable Villains in the Villainous expansion, Perfectly Wretched. She is
from the movie Tangled, released in 2010.
Mother Gothel has a Hero, Rapunzel, that is always in her Realm. At the start of the game, Mother
Gothel plays Rapunzel (who is printed on a tile instead of a card) to Rapunzel's Tower. If Rapunzel is
defeated, she is not discarded, but instead moved back to her Tower. At the end of Mother Gothel's turn,
Rapunzel moves one location to the right, if she can.
Mother Gothel also has a unique mechanic: Trust. It is tracked by Power tokens placed on her board
above her Objective. Various card Abilities will cause her to gain or lose Trust - when she gains Trust,
she takes Power from the Supply and adds it to her Trust, and when she loses Trust, she returns the
specified amount to the Supply of Power Tokens.

Objective Edit
Mother Gothel must acquire at least 10 Trust, which she can gain by moving Rapunzel to Rapunzel's
Tower, defeating Heroes, and moving the Hair Brush. She can only win at the start of her turn.

"I'll get even. Just wait. You'll be sorry."
Cruella De Vil is one of three playable Villains in the Villainous expansion, Perfectly Wretched. She is
from the movie One Hundred and One Dalmatians, released in 1961.
Cruella De Vil has Puppy Tokens, which track her completion of her Objective. There are twelve tokens:
three for each location (two each with 11 Puppies, one each with 22 Puppies). At the start of the game,
all the tokens are placed face down above Cruella De Vil's board to form a Supply, whence they will be
added to her board via various card Abilities. When a Puppy Token is added to her board, it is turned
face up, and put in the specified location. Once a Puppy Token is turned face up, it is never turned face
down again. Puppy Tokens do not prevent actions at their location from being used.

Hades is one of three playable Villains in the Villainous expansion, Wicked to the Core. He is from the

He has a unique card type, Titan. Titans have a Strength like Allies and can be used to defeat Heroes.
They are his win condition, as he needs to move at least three of them to Mount Olympus. They can be
trapped, which means they are turned sideways 90°, and cannot be moved, cannot participate in
Vanquish actions, and do not count towards Hades' objective, until they are untrapped.

"Our moment of triumph approaches!"
Yzma is one of three playable Villains in the Villainous expansion, Evil Comes Prepared. She is from
the movie The Emperor's New Groove, released in 2000.
Yzma has a unique setup for her Fate deck: at the start of the game, it is dealt into four different Fate
decks, one for each location, placed above its corresponding location (with room to spare to
place Heroes). When another player takes a Fate action against her, they choose one of her four Fate
decks, look at all of the cards in it, then secretly choose one of them to play, shuffle and return the rest,
then finally play the chosen card to the location under the Fate deck it came from. If none of the cards
can be played, all of them are returned. If a location's Fate deck is empty, that location cannot be chosen
for a Fate action. Yzma still has a single Fate discard pile; if a Fate action is taken against her and all of
her Fate decks are empty, her Fate discard pile is shuffled and dealt into four Fate decks again.

Queen of Hearts is one of six playable Villains in the Villainous base game, The Worst Takes It All. She
is from the movie Alice in Wonderland, released in 1951.
Queen of Hearts has a unique mechanic: Shrinking and Enlarging Heroes. Cards in her Villain deck can
Shrink Heroes, turning them 45° so that they only cover one action instead of two. Cards in her Fate
deck can Enlarge them, turning them 90° from normal to cover three actions - the normal two, as well as
one at an adjacent location, chosen by the Fating player. An Enlarged Hero can be attacked in
a Vanquish action by Allies at either location, or both. If multiple Heroes are at a location, the priority is:
Enlarged > Shrunken > Normal; so adding a Hero to a location with a Shrunken Hero will not cover
back up the uncovered top action, but later Enlarging that normal Hero will successfully cover three
actions, even though a Shrunken Hero is also present.
