The internship is part of our MBA programme. This will help interns to get
practical knowledge of a particular department and also workplace environment
about the company. The internship conducted for a period of 4 weeks immediately
after the completion of 2nd semester examinations before the commencement of
3rd semester classes. Organisation study is conducted in PSK Pharma Private
Limited company. The internship study aims to provide student the opportunity to
consolidate the theoretical foundation through practical experience. Amajor
component of this experience is the formation of professional attitude. The student
should be able to acquire transferable skills such as communication skills,
interpersonal skills, technical skills, teamwork skills, management skills and
problem solving. The student can explore their interest in future career
development.

Organizational study is the study of organisation in relation to all the departmental

area such as production, marketing, finance, human research management etc.
Organizational study helps the students to know the working nature of the
company.
OBJECTIVE:

To expose students to understand the working culture of the organisation and apply
theoretical concepts in real life situation at the workplace for various functions of
the organisation.

STRUCTURE:

The internship shall consist of study an organisation for 4 weeks.

The internship is over and done with for a period of 4 weeks immediately after the

CONCLUSION

The study provided useful information about the work in pharmaceutical industry
and the experience of the study was very useful in gaining the information about
the manufacturing organisation and how it works.

Organisation study conducted in PSK Pharma showed many branches of

professional view.

It was very refreshing to see how humble and down to earth all the director and
managers who presented in spoke to the interns well.
The internship was very helpful, I learnt many new things from the project.

Mainly I learnt through internship is that it enlightened me, how I have to behave
