Security Standard Operating Procedures -

1. The Service Provider shall be providing integrated professional services for safeguarding and
protecting the premises of the Client including but not limited to its employees, guests and assets.

2. Providing uniform, whistles, appropriate rainy wear during rainy season, torch, under

Vehicle inspection mirrors, operational tools and accessories. 3. Usage of operational equipment
provided by Client in working condition, and quality

approved as per Client standards.

4. The manpower must adhere to the Grooming and Hygiene standards stipulated by Client.

5. Any other related tasks/jobs/work that may be assigned by the Client.

6. Adhering to the Job Description as to be provided by the Client.

7. Providing such manpower who meet the criteria as per PSARA Act.

8. Organizing weekly meetings between the Area officers or pertinent authorities of Client

and Service Provider

The outsource security personnel deployed at the Site/ facility should be fully conversant with the
Client's business and related security requirements. Service Provider agrees to observe/ ensure the
following.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Service Provider agrees to ensure that its employees:

1. Be smartly turned out and vigilant. 2. Be punctual - must arrive at least 15 minutes before start of
the Shift.

3. Take charge of the "Post" properly and thoroughly. 4. Perform duties with honesty and sincerity.

5. Read and understand site and post instructions for strict compliance.

6. Extend respect to all Managers and staff of the clients' unit. 7. Do not speak ill or listen to gossip
against Client, etc.

8. Drinking alcohol on duty or coming drunk to duty is strictly prohibited.

9. Gossiping or chit-chatting while on duty is not acceptable.


POST : MAIN GATE SECURITY GUARDS

1. Vital screening and thoroughly checking of all the incoming vehicles with the help of Explosive
Detection Device

2. Maintain crowd. Control by being vigilant while operating the sliding gate to aid untoward
incidents

3 Maintain control over the Ring Road Barrier by ensuring that no cars should pass

Through the check point prior to following the security protocol

4. Explosive Detection Equipment/ K-9 Handling

5. Ensure that all vehicles are checked by the under carriage mirror

6. Carryout check of the under carriage as per laid down procedure.

7. Ensure that the visual search of the inside of the car as well as the hatch back is also

Done at the same time.

8. Any luggage being carried in the car leading towards the parking area is to be sent back

For screening

9. Ensure that proper vehicle traffic control is exercised

10. Ensure that no vehicles are parked in between any exist and entrance gate of the E or service
gates.

11. Report any property defects/damage around his duty area.

12. Ensure that no work of whatsoever nature is carried out on the roads in the hotel

Surrounding areas without the prior approval of Security Head.

13. Keep a look out for any suspicious movement of persons/material in the main lobby area and
report immediately to the Manager Supervisor of the Service Provider, who shall in turn report the
same to the concerned Officers/Managers of the Client

14 Keep a look out for multifunctioning of lifts and report immediately to the Manager Supervisor of
the Service Provider, who shall on turn report the same to the concern Officers Managers of the
Client

15. Keep a look for any unattended luggage’s/items in the lobby.


POST: SERVICE GATE : SECURITY GUARDS (UNDER CARRIAGE
MIRROR CHECK/MATERIAL CHECK)

1. Ensure all Incoming Material is as per material data sheet

2. Make appropriate entry in the Inward Material register.

3. Follow the laid down procedures for incoming material

Ensure all outgoing material is as per the gate pass and hotel entry gate pass with lanyard is issued to
all the visitor, vendor contractor & labour and ask them to always wear to display entry gate pass.

5. Ensure the gate passes are signed by all concerned as per laid down procedure.

6. Ensure that the laid down procedure for outgoing material are strictly followed

7. All incoming vendors' vehicles should be recognized and verified prior to letting d

the gate and thoroughly carry out under carriage check of the vehicles

8. Ensure that the mirror clean and equipment is in working order.

9. All defects are to be reported to the Manager Supervisor of the Service Provider, who shall

in turn report the same to the concerned Officer/Manager of the Client

10. Ensure that the loading gate is properly manned and operational.

11. Ensure that proper record is maintained in log book all material coming for premises.

12. Ensure that premises material being taken out is exactly as per the recent maintained at the gate.

13. Ensure that only authorized contractors ours entry’s the gate.
