My goal is to finish my studies and to not fail any
subjects. To face any surcumstances in life and to not

ASPECTS OF MY DEVELOPMENT
In this activity I have shown my Aspects of
Development in which it is in a pie graph divided by 8
different aspects of myself. Consisting of physical,
intellectual, emotional, sensual, interactional, nutritional,
contextual, and spiritual self.
I am a sensitive person but also a numb hearted
one. I have split personality that cause confusion when I
interact with others. I also state in this activity that I like
neutral colors, my perceptions towards life. I also shared
my spiritual self in which I show my beliefs.
To sum it all up, the activity made me show my
perceptions, beliefs, description, emotions, and my
attitude. Sharing for some reason isn’t bad at all. It is just
giving us the opportunity to be known by others and to
embrace ourselves. Some might misunderstand us by our
perception but that isn’t the problem as long as we know
our self-more and we know what we are doing, just keep
going.
MY PANDEMIC MESSAGE
In this activity it is directed to make a
pandemic message. It is to express what I feel when
the pandemic happened.
I indeed put in this activity my sufferings and
how I cope with such problem. I also share how we
keep ourselves to be strong to survive such
pandemic. The time passed by and still I remember
those times when we have no foods left and that we
have to borrow some to our neighbor. It is way more
challenging to share such experience when I know
that I haven’t moved on from it.
As for now my life’s going well but the
trauma’s still there. To stay positive in life and
negative from COVID-19 was the main goal and still
the goal. Keeping a family away from danger and
living life just how it happened when the pandemic
never came.

In this activity I have shared my feelings towards a
person that is important to me. As what I’ve put in there, I
thought my best friend find another friend that will be with
her in her ups and downs. I was with nobody and I feel so
empty that I can’t moved on from that person who’s been a
part of me.
The activity made me emotional due to the loss of
communication I’ve experienced. I was careless back then,
but she must do something too. She was inconsiderate
towards my feelings.
To sum it up this activity made me extra emotional
and I have shown my feelings. I might have loss that
person, but I found my worth. If she sees me as nothing,
I’ll do the same as her.
THOUGHTS OR FEELING?
In this activity I must choose whether the
situation relates to my thoughts or my feeling. I
have lots of questions why those situations made
me feel like it’s both a thought and a feeling. It is
because our brain works first before our heart. I’ve
been observing lots of emotions that’s been in a
situation where I have to think and to act.

within choosing if it is only a feeling brought by
thought or just a thought because of my feeling.
So, to sum it all up, this activity has clearly shown
that some thoughts cause some feelings, and some
feeling cause a thought.

In January 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced the emergence of a new
coronavirus.
COVID-19 is classified as a Global Public Health Emergency. According to the WHO, the chance of
COVID-19 spreading to other countries is very high. In March 2020. COVID-19 has been recognized as a
pandemic by the WHO.
The WHO and public health authorities from throughout the world are working to contain the COVID-
19 outbreak. As an individual it is my responsibility to safeguard myself and my family by staying at home,
we may prevent the spread of the Deadly virus. In addition, by working together, we can strengthen our race's
resistance to the infection. Proper hand washing, social separation, and face mask use may also assist to reduce
the ongoing growth of COVID-19 active cases. Now, when the epidemic hit, I had a difficult time keeping up
with my studies, especially since I used to arrive at school early. Many things had changed, especially since I
wasn't permitted to leave the house during the pandemic.
Adjusting was never an excuse to what happened and as expected It give me a lot of problems in
fixing myself through the year of suffering being a prisoner due to pandemic. Although this pandemic hurt me
a lot but it helps me to realize things that I shoul’ve realize sooner. Being alert really is important in order to
survive.
SECOND QUARTER REFLECTION
Second quarter is indeed more interesting because it tackle about love, goals, and planning. In this
quarter it comes first wit the dynamics of attraction and love, follows with the dynamics of attachment,
different ondividualband their roles in society, the filipino relationships, impact of family in adolescence,
planning how to mmake family firmer and gentler with each other, lastly the importance of prsonal
development in career and life goals.
In this quarter I experienced being an open minded when it comes to love, attraction and lust, as it
taught me to know if your co-being is showing love or attraction or just lust. I also learned that planning is
way more important than just directly make a decision. Second quarter made me experience being a person
with passion as it tackle the goals I am working for future. It also widen my knowledge in different kind of
relationships and how it work. As this quarter left me with confusion as some of the relationship doesn’t
really work around me.
Even a rock can be easily broke into pieces as we throw them, our feelings might as well. Getting
attached too easily has really made a life more challenging in interacting people around us. In this quarter
identifying how relationsips work is quite tough as there are lots of types of love and its use. Also I will
always remember how this quarter taught me to plan smart as it is more important in decision making. I get
every deatil on how to choose such career and how to achive it via intelligence and hardwork.
To sum it all up I relate it all in this saying by Amelia Earhart, "The most difficult thing is the
decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do.
You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.”.
SELF-INTRODUCTION
SPEECH
This is the first performance task in personal development wherein I chose the
Adult Impact Speech. Research indicates that adolescents need at least 5 caring
adults in their lives. For this speech option I was given time to explain Who are at
least 3 of my 5. (Parents only count as one) What have they have taught me, or in
what ways have they contributed to who I’ve become?
In this activity I’ve mention my parents, my best friend and my friend’s mom.
My parents’ guide me in every decision I make and as what I’ve learned to them that
thinking twice before making the action. Second, my best friend it is because she
influenced me to do better and to do good even though life is so hard and cruel for
us, she really has good reasons for me to stay alive. Lastly my friend’s mom, she is
like the second mom to me because every time I go to their place, she always
advises me to be a great person with a great heart. My parents, my best friend and
my friend’s mom taught me to be a better version of my self-day by day.
To be loved by someone who isn’t related by blood is so overwhelming. It
really taught me that love is unconditional. It is where the willingness to care, to
love, to be an open hand and an open heart. They influenced me to be a better person
and with that I can see that I have my personal development. I am a writer, a singer,
a dancer, and a poet.
FIRST QUARTER REFLECTION
First quarter’s lesson was really interesting. It comes first with knowing and understanding oneself
during middle and late adolescence followed by developing the whole person, developmental task according
to developmental stages, coping with stress in the middle and late adolescence, and lastly the powers of
mind.
In this quarter I experienced sharing what is my personal traits as an adolescence. I even shared my
developmental stages and how my critical brain cope with such problems. I once become a nobody but in
this subject I experienced being an example to someone who has become me once. I was overwhelmed as
this quarter helped me overcome my inner child with letting it realize what the world is. Due to this subject I
had my closer friends realize that having such friend like me is a luck.
Though I was hurt processing my feelings through the lesson, it is my only way to cope with the
pain. As a teenager I can see that my feelings are way accurate to what an adolescence really is. I was bad at
communicating others to know their feelings but this quarter helped me how to do it. I was misunderstood
by some of my classmate because I speak to them that leads them to confusion but that is the only way on
how they will get used of me. The power of doing things through mental empowerment is really amazing
after all.
To sum it all up, this quarter one taught me to be tough and to be realistic. To act my age and to cope
with the pain. According to Jean Chatsky, “Resilience isn't a single skill. It's a variety of skills and coping
mechanisms. To bounce back from bumps in the road as well as failures, you should focus on emphasizing
the positive.”.
