With regard to investment and operation business, the company has undertaken 8 investment and

operation projects represented by Shijiazhuang Convention & Exhibition Center, with a cumulative

investment of over 17 billion yuan.

钢结构业务板块，我们在国内创造了 “最早”、“最高”、“最大”、“最快”的施工

记录。超高层方面，国内 26 座超过 400 米的超高层建筑，我们承建了 23 座，全球前 10 位

已建成摩天大楼，我们承建了 4 座。大跨度方面，公司承接了 32 座会议会展中心、31 座体

With regard to structure business, the company has created the “earliest”, “highest”, “largest” and

“fastest” construction records in China. In terms of super high-rise buildings, the company has built

23 of 26 super high-rise buildings above 400m in China. Among the top 10 skyscrapers built in the

world, the company has built 4 of them. In terms of large spans, the company has built 32 convention

and exhibition centers, 31 main stadiums, more than 50 airports and railway stations, and more than

120 bridges across rivers and seas.

品。目前共承建了110 余所装配式学校、20 余所装配式医院、10 余所钢装配式住宅、10 余

With regard to engineering business, the company has its own design institute, takes advantage of

technology and industry, focuses on the method of “prefabricated steel structure+EPC”, combines

with advanced management techniques such as BIM technology, smart construction sites, and

management cockpits, thus significantly solves the problems of efficiency, cost and quality in EPC

projects. The company has developed and applied the GS-Building (steel frame+three-board system)

and the ME-House (modular system) to address the livelihood issues such as “difficulty in attending

schools”, “difficulty in receiving medical treatment” and “difficulty in housing”. So far, the company

has launched five prefabricated building products namely the schools, residential, hospitals, office

buildings and industrial parks, with a total of over 110 prefabricated schools, over 20 prefabricated

“difficulty in parking”, the company established its Smart Parking Technology Company and

realized physical operation, which is CSCEC’s only representative company in the field of urban

smart transportation. The company has developed “Smart Garage for Cars, Buses, Bicycles”, and has

undertaken more than 30 garage projects across the country. The company also actively explores

urban renewal, green buildings, military-civilian integration and other types of business, builds the

military base that can be quickly assembled and disassembled through design standardization,

engineering productization, and product equipmentization.
