[ User guide for this template ]

1. General
This template is prepared to record alignment condition measurement results i.e. crank web deflection, jack up test results and bedplate
guide carefully.
2. INFormation sheet
This sheet is first part of template which can input general information of ship, engine, measurement condition. Please input required in
only by designated format. These cells are appeared as light yellow coloured one.
2-1. Measurement date: Please input(type in) the measurement date as like "yyyy-mm-dd" (2012-12-25, year(년,年)-month(월,月)-day(

"CV4500teu" and the 30000DWT bulk carrier could be "BC30000DWT". If required or if it is not possible to find suitable ship type from
"special ship" in the drop down list(cell"E15) and manually input specified ship type into the cell"J15".

2-9. No. of cylinder: Please select/choose correct number of cylinder of engine from drop down list. Do not type in manually.

2-10. Engine type: Please select/choose correct engine type from drop down list. Do not type in manually.

2-11. Engine builder: Please select/choose correct engine builder/manufacturer from drop down list. Do not type in manually.

2-12. Engine No. (Builder's manufacturing No.): Please input(type in) correct engine number. The engine number can be find from nam

4. JUTr140 sheet
4-1. First of all, go to cell"D6" and select "bar" or "ton". In case of jack up test was done by convensional way i.e. hydraulic jack pressu
