The information in this document is EASA approved material which together with the basic
Airplane Flight Manual is applicable and must be carried in the basic manual when the
airplane is modified by the installation of ATC SSR transponder ADS-B Out function in
accordance with JBSL-M-01086.
The information contained herein, supplements, or supersedes the basic Airplane Flight
Manual only on those areas listed herein.
For limitations, procedures and performance information not contained in this supplement,
consult the basic Airplane Flight Manual.

SECTION 1 GENERAL
Airplane was modified for introduction of Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast Out
through 1090MHz Extended Squitter function of the ATC SSR transponders.
The ADS-B Out system meets RTCA DO-260B definition and transmits data from:
- Global Navigation System Sensors
- Inertial Reference System (Heading)
- Air-Data computing system
- Flight Management System
The ADS-B Out function is integrated within the transponder units and its control and
annunciation are through the flight deck ATC/TCAS control panel.
The installed ADS-B Out system has been shown to meet the equipment requirements of
European Commission Regulation N° 1207/2011 in accordance with EASA CS.ACNS.D.ADSB.
The installed ADS-B Out system has been shown to meet the equipment requirements of United
States of America 14 CFR 91.227 in accordance with FAA AC20-165B.
ATC SSR transponders are TSO/ETSO C166b.
Global Navigation System Sensors used for ADS-B are either:
- TSO/ETSO-C129a GPS receiver integrated in Rockwell-Collins GLU-920/925, or
- TSO/ETSO C145c/C146c SBAS GPS receiver CMC/Esterline CMA-5024

The ADS-B Out function is fully automatic and is active as soon as the ATC SSR transponder
system is active.
The ADS-B Out system transmits data from the following systems which must be operative for
ADS-B operations:
- Global Navigation System Sensors
- Inertial Reference System (Heading)
- Air-Data computing system
- Flight Management System
