    I write to inform you that your account is overdrawn by £25.74. This includes transactions that we are
    currently processing and which can take 3-5 days to show as individual transactions on your statement. An
    example of such a transaction is where you have used your debit card to make a purchase at a retail outlet.
    As you know, overdrafts are not allowed on your account.

    Please pay enough money into your account to return the balance to credit during the next seven days. To
    make payment or to discuss this further please call us on 0345 600 6423*. Lines are open 8am to 9pm
    Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 4pm Saturday. If we do not hear from you, your account will be closed
    and we may take legal action to recover the amount owed.

    We won't be able to make any further payments which are due out of your account until there is
    sufficient money paid in to cover them.

    Please have your account details handy when contacting us.
