BATCH”
I. Eligibility Criteria:
10th Pass with overall 40% in 10th Standard from a recognised board. Should have individually passed
in Science, Mathematics and a minimum 40% marks in English Language.
or
ITI or Diploma Pass from any government approved Institute with minimum 50% aggregate marks in
final year. A minimum 40% marks in English Language.
Age: Minimum : Not less than 17.5 years Maximum : Not more than 25 years
NOTE: Candidates who are awaiting 10th/12th Board Results can also apply .
II. Selection Process:
a. Aspiring candidates have to fill-up application form along with attested photocopies of educational
qualification proofs and a demand draft of Rs.300/- (Application processing fee) in favour of “ASHA
INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY” payable at VARANASI & send through

b. Soon after receiving of application, eligible candidates will be short listed and letter will be sent
to them with further information for admission. Finally selected candidates will have to undergo DG
shipping approved medical test.
c. Selection Process : A successful career in merchant navy requires more than just a strong
academic foundation. Our selection process includes.

 Selection Letter
 Medical Examination.
 Registration for Course : Selected candidates will have to register for the course by paying a
demand draft of Rs.50,000/- towards registration fee favouring “ASHA INTERNATIONAL
INSTITUTE OF MARINE TECHNOLOGY” payable at VARANASI.
 After registration selected candidates be issued a Call Letter for joining the 6 months GP Rating
course to be held at the campus of ASHA INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MARINE
TECHNOLOGY.
 Placement : After successful completion of GP Rating Course & after getting the Indian CDC,
the candidate will be provided 100% placement assistance through campus selection /
Approved Recruitment and Placement companies.
