Job Overview

This role will manage end-to-end training logistics for the new hire training program. Senior level
support to leadership and sales experience trainers. There will be constant cross-functional
collaboration with other departments, teams, and vendors to align priorities and execute
flawlessly. This position works with leadership, trainers, and project coordinators to identify
issues, process improvements, establish controls and measurements, and oversees programs or
projects as warranted. A successful candidate can quickly analyze a problem or situation and
respond in a logical and effective manner. Clearly articulate impacts to partners, build a creative
plan of action and develop an ongoing management and communication cadence.

This is a hybrid position (2-3 days in the office) located in Frisco TX

Job Responsibilities:
Program owner for New Hire Training program which includes partnering with cross-

functional teams, end to end training logistics, scheduling, and sponsorship
negotiations.

Manage cross-functional relationships across the organization to align on frontline and


leadership training initiatives.

Create and provide key reporting and dashboards on training completion and frontline
training for Leadership review.

Manage training schedules/launches for Sales Experience Leaders

Sharepoint design and content / Cornerstone curriculum / Certification training


management

Executive-level presentation building for monthly training results; communicating


organizational contributions, progress, and performance.

Monitor LMS intakes and resolves Frontline training issues. Proactively identify
potential training system issues and collaborate with cross-functional partners to
resolve the issue.

Brings changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help

and develop best practices. Manages change within the programs and evaluates risks
and assesses potential impacts on program delivery.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience:

4+ years’ Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.
