Using Gan.ai, a single video of their brand ambassador was


hyper-personalized to speak to each MPL user personally. This

campaign investment. MPL immediately saw huge spikes in
conversion rates across their user journey where personalized

Using Myna, MPL reached out to all its
highest-spending users that hadn't logged in
for a while with a personalized video
message from Hina Khan. In the video, the
celebrity calls out the user’s name, city, and
the offer amount to get them to start using
the platform again.

How It Was Done


Hina Khan recorded 1 campaign + 1 training video,
all completed within a 30-minute shoot. From the
single recording, over 100,000 personalized copies
were created with the 3 variables– name, city, and
offer amount

MPL also ran SMS campaigns for the video,


achieving an average click-rate of 3%, which would
have otherwise fetched only ~1%.

How It Went
Through high-impact personalized campaigns with influencers and
celebrities, MPL has been able to drastically increase CTRs,
conversion rates, sales and brand recall to build one of the world’s
biggest online gaming platforms. MPL continues to power their
