    Extension of above mentioned type test reports for subject work has been approved by the competent
    authority subject to NIT/NOA/Contract agreement/IEC/AS and the following

    1. All the terms& conditions for already approved type test reports be applicable for this project
    also.

    This approval will superceed the approval of type test


    reports vide letter no F/DTL/202/0pr.
    (Plg.Manager (T) E-II/21-22/F- RPH-A-4/68 dated 03.08.2021. All other terms and conditions of
    letter no F/DTL/202/0pr. (Plg./Manager (T) E-II/21-22/F- RPH-A-4/68 dated
    03.08.2021 shall
    remains same.

    Further it is to be
    noted that the approval/ comments conveyed herein neither relieve
    contractor of his
    obligations & responsibilities for correctness of dimensions, materials & construction,
    weight,
    quantities, design, details, assemble kit, performance particulars & conformity of the supplies with
