NOTICE TO CORRECT VIOLATION
Sir/Madam:
This has reference to the Notice to Comply issued by this office on PNPA:
ACADEMICS BUILDING for compliance of your building, facility or structure located
at the above cited address. Despite the length of time that has elapsed and with re-
inspection report under Inspection Order No. R-2021-12-002 dated _December 11,
2021___fire safety requirements remain not complied.
In this regard you are hereby imposed an Administrative Fine of (Php) 225,000
pesos pursuant to Rule 13 of the RIRR of RA 9514. Hence, you are given three (3)
days to pay the fine at _____________________Land Bank of the
Philippines _____________________ .

Hereto attached is the Order of Payment for your compliance.
Further, you are directed to comply with specific fire safety requirements in
accordance with the provisions of RA 9514. The following violations/deficiencies are
hereby reiterated with its corresponding grace period:

of Republic Act No. 9514: Fire protection features
such as sprinkler systems, hose boxes, hose
reels or standpipe systems and other firefighting
equipment.

room to appropriate exits.

lighted exits with provision for emergency lights
to adequately illuminate exit ways in case of
power failure.

8. Failure to observe the following declared Within 15 days

ways in case of power failure

destroying, tampering or obliterating any
authorized mark, seal, sign or tag posted or
required by the BFP for fire safety in any building,
structure or processing equipment.

10. Failure to observe the following declared Immediately or within 24 hours.

Section 8, paragraph (f) of Republic Act No.
9514: Locking of fire exits during period when
people are inside the building.
Failure on your part to pay the administrative fine within the period specify in the
Notice shall constitute a ground for the issuance of Closure Order for your building or
the portion thereof and payment of administrative fine does not absolve in compliance
of the fire and life safety requirements.
Moreover, failure on your part to correct the deficiencies within the prescribed
period, this office shall be constrained to recommend issuance of abatement order for
your building/facility/structure or portion thereof.
