As the entrepreneur who will be leading a business, what are your main responsibilities as a proprietor
or CEO for the business you plan to establish?
ANSWER:
I will be leading the business and as the CEO of a T-shirt printing business my main responsibilities
are:
Define the sources for capital
Product research and market research- finding my niche to my product and knowing what
the customers want from my business.
Setting a branding for the business
Creating own styles and designs- monitoring new trends in the fashion industry and
incorporating it on my designs.
Marketing strategy- marketplace to sell the product, Facebook Ads, T-shirt Ad Mockups etc.
Costing or setting the prices & comparing it to my competition and assess the expenses
Stock Control or Inventory- keeping track of my stocks.

business and why?
ANSWER:
Partnerships best suits my business as it is the simplest structure for two or more people to
own a business together. Partnerships have no formal paperwork requirements, easy to set up
and maintain and have higher chances of growth which I can apply to my start-up business.
Each partner contributes to all aspects of the business and shares in the profits and losses of
the business. I love that in partnership, we can share the work, decision-making, financial
pressures, etc
Yes, as it will give my business an advantage and freedom from government control and taxes
and save money as well. Starting things right will ensure my business establishes a solid
foundation for my operations plus it helps our government to encourage other businesses to
get their business registered.

In securing BIR permit, it involves Fire Protection Clearance, Sanitary Clearance, Loctional
Clearance, Barangay Clearance and Electrical inspection Clearance
