 Performing review of system protection schemes and recommend upgrade as applicable, (Cross Checking with
SEC PTS "Project Technical Specification", Standards and other International Standards) and technical
consultation and support in matters relating to system protection, Preparation of Comments on
Designer/Manufacturer’s Equipment/Material Proposal, Technical Submittals, Project Design Activities,
Monitoring & Control the Designer/Manufacturer’s Activities, Reviews on MOM under supervision and
instructions of the Division Manager, Protection Engineering Division – WOA.
 Attending a meeting with contractors & vendors to resolve all kind of technical issues as per SEC standard,

 Monitor quality control procedures during design and construction phases of the project. Responsibilities
included checking and verifying that project work meets the specified IEC and all applicable codes and
standard.
 Verification of project Scope, site visits, participating in design activities, meetings and resolving overall
design/project execution issues.
 Supervise the design, construction, activities for their timely completion according to schedule. Issue

Siemens, ABB, Hyundai, BBC, ELTA, Trafo Union, HEC etc at sub-stations within the licensed area of the

 Designing, implementing and testing different kinds of protective schemes at different voltage levels ranging
from 11kV to 132kV sub-stations.
 Responding to faults and preventive maintenance shutdowns, identified problems in timely fashion.
 Annual Preventive Maintenance of 220kV/132kV/66kV/11kV Power Transformers and Switchgears.
 To witness FAT / SAT of various substation equipment's including protection and control panels, 11kV / 132kV
