    STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

    I’m Sejal Raghuwanshi, a 1st year student of BBA.LL.B. Hons at Maharashtra National Law
    University, Nagpur. I would like to be a part of the Centre for Child Rights, established to
    respond to the emerging regime of children's rights. As a passionate advocate for the protection
    and well-being of children, I am honored to submit my statement of purpose for membership in
    the Center for Child Rights, MNLU Nagpur.
    Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have been committed to promoting
    children's rights, improving their living conditions, and ensuring that their voices are heard. As a
    result, I have developed a keen interest in exploring and understanding the complex issues
    related to child rights and how to address them. I believe that the Center for Child Rights is an
    ideal platform for me to further my understanding of child rights issues, as well as a forum for
    engaging with like-minded individuals and organizations that share a common goal of promoting
    children's welfare.
    I am particularly drawn to the Center's focus on research, advocacy, and community outreach, as
    I believe that these are essential tools for achieving meaningful change in the lives of children.
    The opportunity to collaborate with fellow members in conducting research on critical issues
    such as child labor, child trafficking, child abuse, and neglect, and to work towards developing
    solutions to these problems, would be invaluable in enhancing my knowledge and skills in this
    area.
    Furthermore, the Center's commitment to policy reform and advocacy aligns with my personal
    values and goals. I believe that promoting children's rights requires a multifaceted approach that
    involves working with communities, policymakers, and other stakeholders to effect change.
    Through the Center's outreach programs, I hope to engage with local communities to raise
    awareness about child rights issues and promote effective policies and programs that can
    improve the lives of children.
    Finally, I am drawn to the Center's inclusive and interdisciplinary approach to addressing child
    rights issues. I appreciate the Center's commitment to engaging with individuals from diverse
    backgrounds and disciplines, as I believe that collaboration and the exchange of ideas can lead to
    more effective and comprehensive solutions.
    In conclusion, I believe that the Center for Child Rights is an ideal platform for me to deepen my
    understanding of child rights issues, collaborate with like-minded individuals, and make a
    meaningful contribution towards promoting the well-being of children. I am eager to contribute
    my knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm to the Center's mission and look forward to the
    opportunity to work alongside fellow members in achieving our shared goals.
