    Visual & Mechanical Inspection

    1. Confirm that the conduit systems are inspected in accordance with Aboveground Conduit 
    Systems inspection form (SI306‐F012).
    2. Check that the size of power, neutral and grounding conductors are in accordance with 
    drawings.
    3. Check wiring for conformance to color code and proper identification per the drawings and 
    specifications.
    4. Check that the fixtures and receptacles are the correct type and installed in accordance with the 
    drawings.
    5. Check that the fixtures and receptacles are in accordance with the area classification drawing 
    (Temperature code, etc.).
    6. Verify the mounting height of fixtures and receptacles in accordance to the drawings.
    7. Check that the fixtures and receptales are in the correct conduit.
    8. Check the fixture lamp wattage and voltage.
    9. Check receptacle neutral and ground connections.
    10. Confirm that the branch circuit conductors have passed an insulation resistance test.
    11. Confirm that the lighting/receptacle transformer and panelboard are inspected in accordance 
    with Low‐Voltage Panelboards and Associated Transformers inspection form (SI306‐F019).

    12. Confirm that illumination levels are in accordance with the project specifications.
    13. Check voltage of each receptacle.
    14. Check all components for proper tagging per the drawings and specifications.
