DECISION With respect to the New City of Peterborough Official Plan ‘Subsection 17(34) of the Planning Act | hereby approve the repeal of: the City of Peterborough Official Plan, adopted by Bylaw 1981 160, and subsequent amendments thereto; the Township of Smith Official Pian, adopted by By- law 1994-48 and all subsequent amendments thereto ast applied tothe lands annexed tothe City of Peterborough on Janay 1, 1998 and January 1, 2008; the Township of tonabee (Offeal Plan, adopted by Bylaw 12-85 and all subsequent amendments thereto 28 applied it to the lnnde annoxe' othe Cty of Peterborough on January 1. 1008, and the Townehip of ‘Otonabee-South Monaghan Oficial Plan, adapted by By-law 2004-70 and all subsequent ‘amendments thereto 2s t applied to the lands annexed to the City of Peterborough on January 41,2008 and January 1, 2013, pursuant to Cty of Peterborough By-law 21-105. Furthermore, | hereby modify and approve, as modified, the new City of Peterborough Official Pian, as adopted ‘by the Cy of Peterborough by By-law 27-106, subject to the following mostcations, with additons n bold underline anc deletions in bold strikethrough: 1. Policy 3.3.1 b) is modified so that treads: Peterborough will continue to develop as a complete community by managing growth in @ logical and welldefined urban structure, as depicted an Schedule ‘A: Urban Structure which, at the highest level, consists of: | The Delineated Buit-Up Area i The Designated Greenfelé Area: and i, The Natural Areas; and, iv The Rural ransitonalAres. 2.
