    We, DOMINIC V. TORRES and ANJONETTE T. NACANILAO, both of legal age,


    Filipino citizens and residents of Km. 5, Asin Road, Baguio City, after having been duly sworn
    to in accordance with law hereby depose and state tat:

    1. We know the person of SIBIL TORRES LAY YU, an owner of two (2) parcels of
    land both located at Km. 5 Asin Road, Baguio City;

    2. We owned a certain parcels of land adjacent/bounded to the aforementioned parcels


    of land owned by Sibil Torres Lay Yu;

    3. We are executing this affidavit to state that the parcels of land owned by Sibil Torres
    Lay Yu is adjacent to our parcel of land and to attest to the veracity and truthfulness
    of the foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this 22nd day of September,
    2015 at Baguio City, Philippines.
