    A F F I D A V I T

    I, ELEONOR GACU CAMBONGA, of legal age, Filipino, married and


    a resident of Marcos Drive, Putik, Zamboanga City, after having
    been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

    1. That I presently reside at Marcos Drive, Barangay Putik,


    Zamboanga City;

    2. That my sister, Georgina Gacu Saavedra, have built a


    firewall in the above-mentioned residence;

    3. That my sister Georgina Gacu Saavedra and his husband Noel


    I. Saavedra, are also residing at Marcos Drive, Putik,
    Zamboanga City;

    4. That I am hereby allowing my sister and his husband to


    build a small window on the firewall located in my
    residence;

    5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the


    veracity of the foregoing facts and for the purpose of
    applying for permit to build a small window in my
    firewall.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands and affixed


    my signature this 29th day of July 2016, at Zamboanga City,
    Philippines.
