    Title to any product supplied under this invoice shall pass to the Customer on full payment of this invoice
    Cheques to be drawn in favor of “NET MORE TECHNOLOGY (PVT) LTD” & Crossed A/C PAYEE ONLY.
    Delayed payment shall result in a charge of interest at 18% per annum.
    If a cheque is dishonored by bank, debit note for actual bank charges shall be sent to Customer
    Warranty Covers only manufacturing Defects & Natural disaster, sabotage or accident etc are NOT included under this
    policy. Repairs or replacement necessitated by such damage or defect due to other causes such as negligence, misuse
    ,power fluctuation, lightening or other causes not covered by the warranty are subject to charges for labour time and
    material. No coverage for items with BURN MARK ,PHYSICL DAMAGE and CORROSION.
    Product supplied under this invoice shall be accepted for return only under a Rerun Authorization issued by NET
    MORE TECHNOLOGY
    Jurisdiction of settlement of any dispute shall be appropriate Court at Colombo
    Collection of payment from end customer is not our responsibility and settlement of our invoices is not related to
    payments from end customers.
    In case of delay in settlement of the invoice the exchange losses (as per prevailing USD conversion rate on date of
    settlement) will have to be bone by the customer.
    Request for cancellation of invoice will not be accepted after all the goods are delivered to the customer
