11) Theoretical life of laser source is 11years, But Practical Average life of fiber laser source is around 5-7 years
as per work.

“Goods / Parts / Machine” once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. So kindly check and verify usage before
purchase.

WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER (Knack Solution, All rights reserved)

General Warranty:

All products are warranted by Knack Solution, against any fault in the materials and workmanship for 12
months from the date of dispatch. Laser source is warranted for 2 year from the date of dispatch. Under
warranty - No standby parts will be provide, to from and duty (approximate 15k) need to paid by customer
and rent & deposit base we can provide services support parts. Knack Solution also warrants that this product
will meet applicable specifications under normal use. Knack Solution shall, at its option, repair any product
that proves, stand by laser or other parts will be at cost as per company rules, in the reasonable opinion of
Knack Solution, to be defective in materials or workmanship during un-expired period of time in the original
warranty for the particular defective product. Knack Solution reserves the rights to issue a credit note for any
defective that have proved defective through normal usage.

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty excludes products, parts (including fiber connectors) or equipment which have been tampered
with, opened, or modified by persons other than Knack Solution personnel, misused, neglected, or damaged
by accident, used in applications which exceeds their specifications or ratings, used outside of environmental
specification for the product, used with buyer software or interfacing, improperly installed, maintained or
otherwise abused or used other than in accordance with the information and precaution contained in this
User’s Manual. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and follow operating instructions in this User’s
Guide and specifications prior to operation-failure to do so may result in voiding this warranty. Accessories
and fiber connectors are not covered by this warranty. Buyer must claims under the warranty in writing no
later than 31 days after that claimed effect is discovered. This warranty does not extend to any third party,
including without limitation buyer’s end – users or customers, and does not apply to any parts, equipment or
other products not manufactured by Knack Solution This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
consumable and Optics or component failures caused by (i) accident, (ii) abuse, or (iii) failure to maintain the
Knack Solution’s product that contains the affected components in accordance with the technical bulletins and
specifications provided by the Knack Solution. All labor is the responsibility and expense of the Buyer. The
liability of the Knack Solution under this warranty is limited, at Knack Solution’s exclusive option and
Distributor’s sole and exclusive remedy, only to repair or replacement with equivalent items or refund of the
purchase price upon return of the subject non-conforming Product. Replacement parts may be either new or
reconditioned, at Knack Solution’s option.

One Side Freight for return of parts and for parts or components provided by Knack Solution under this
warranty will be the responsibility of the Buyer. This warranty is conditioned upon (a) Knack Solution being
notified in writing by Buyer within 31 days after discovery of defects; (b) the return of presumed defective
components to Knack Solution, transportation charges prepaid by Buyer, and (c) Knack Solution’s examination
of such components disclosing to its satisfaction that such defects were not caused by negligence, misuse,
improper maintenance, improper installation, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration. Accessories or
equipment manufactured by others but furnished by Knack Solution shall carry the warranty conveyed by the
manufacturer to Knack Solution, which may be passed on to the Buyer. The original warranty period of any
component that has been repaired or replaced by Knack Solution shall not thereby be extended. This warranty
covers all machinery and electronics equally; however, it does not include wear parts and consumable parts
such as seals, valves, optics, other consumables, nozzles, mirrors or any hoses.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability:

Except for the warranties expressed in this agreement, Knack Solution disclaims all other warranties, either
expressed or implied, including implied warranties of machine ability or fitness for a particular purpose, other
than those warranties implied by and applicable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable law.
The term of any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed are limited to the term of this agreement. Knack
Solution’s maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product. Knack Solution is
not liable to you if it is unable to perform due to events which loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits,
lost data or other consequential, punitive or special damages, however caused, weather for breach of
warranty, contract, terms (including negligence), strict legal right, put all disputes will be subjected to SURAT,
GUJARAT, INDIA jurisdiction.
