    RESOLUTION NO._06
    Series of 2020

    “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CLEAN AND


    GREEN ANNUAL IMPLEMENTATION PLAN CALENDAR YEAR 2020 OF
    BARANGAY LAPUZ, NORALA, SOUTH COTABATO.

    WHEREAS, Barangay Lapuz is one of the component of Municipality of Norala, which is


    located along the highway bound to the municipal proper of Norala;

    WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Program,
    creates the necessary institutional mechanisms and incentives, declares certain acts
    prohibited and provides penalties for violations;

    WHEREAS, Pursuant to the relevant provisions of R.A No. 7160, otherwise known as
    the Local Government Code that the LGU’s shall be primarily responsible for the
    implementation and provisions of this Act;

    WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Lapuz approved to allocate budget in all


    programs in relation to Clean and Green Program and other related activities;

    WHEREAS, a thorough scrutiny/decision on the matter followed this focused more on


    the activities and programs on Clean and green Implementation;

    WHEREAS, finding the plan to be in order including the financial aspect, the body
    approved the same:
    WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Emelyn Farnazo and duly seconded by Hon. JV
    Farnazo to wit;

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, Approving the Sangguniang Kabataan


    Clean and Green Annual Implementation Plan Calendar Year 2020 of Barangay
    Lapuz, Norala, South Cotabato.”

    RESOLVED ALSO, which the details of the plan as well as the corresponding
    appropriation are hereto, attached which for part of this resolution.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Lapuz Officials were


    oblige and liable to handle the implementation of this order.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the office of the
    department of Interior & Local Government (DILG), Office this Municipality for their
    information and guidance.

    THIS RESOLUTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY PASSED, CARRIED AND APPROVED.

    I hereby to certify to the correctness of the above quoted resolution with the date, time
    and place indicated herein.
