I. INTRODUCTION

A business is one of the in-demand things that person think

to have. It is a person’s regular occupation, profession on

trade. This is also a practice to make a person more worth in

return to have a progression on their selves. This may come up

into affair of series of event to happen, an action with full

confidence to harvest and gain profit depending on their skill

they had. A business can be formulated by single owner or with

business partners; it is depended on their difference in a way to

earning to have a wider variety of factors in business and on how

they lead their business properly.

Filipinos are fond of eating food occasionally, whether the

food came from a local or international country. It is one of the

Filipinos' happy pills; it serves as a stress reliever and

satisfies hunger and tiredness. Many Filipinos are likely to eat

fried and finger foods depending on the type of food that they

love and need.

In this modern age, there are many popular foods that are

trending in different media, such as on the internet and social

media platform. Filipinos have a mindset and curiosity that makes

them think about an idea about the food and they make a similar

or identical version of the product. We all know that all over

the world have their own, unique and famous foods that represent

where they originated. Many Filipinos prefer foods that are new,

because of the influence of other countries or maybe keep up with

the trend.

Therefore, our group decided to start our business. Tasty

Tako Bites is the name of our product that is built by the STARVS

Company. The name of the company is based on our first letter of

our surname to create the STARVS. The product that will be

introduced by our company is the Tasty Takoyaki that has a

delicious taste; as a healthy product contain of vegetables and

meat as well. Adding special flavors to give a high level of

consistency and satisfaction regarding to the customer choice for

buying our food product.

Tasty Takoyaki offers a vibrant flavor with dedication,

where the customers can order depending on what they desire.

These products are always freshly cooked according to the time

and date they were ordered. The process of this Takoyaki is

different depending on the availability of resources.

We plan to have an affordable and delicious Takoyaki. With

its prices, we assure everyone that it is not very expensive. The

customers will be satisfied with ordering and eating our product

and, also, we aim here to gain more profit and serve the customer

as well with our business.

Nowadays, this new generation are more likely to eat foods

that are coming and being influenced by, so, this is the reason

why we choose Takoyaki. We’re sure that our customers will

appreciate our product because our product is better and has good

quality. And we’ve made our product a healthy food for them. And

this Tasty Takoyaki will be the best in every bite and it will

fit to your taste.

BUSINESS CONCEPT

We came up with this idea of choosing Takoyaki because it is

trending and popular, and we want to introduce it to the

customers in our country and the local regions, especially in our

barangay. We want to give customers the taste of healthy living.

When we did a survey, if they really knew and tasted Takoyaki,

their answer was no and they didn’t know that this product is

famous. So, that is why we choose the name of our food product.

We use Tasty Tako Bites as the business name of our product

because our Takoyaki is delicious and has a good taste, and it

also has healthy ingredients and make our Takoyaki special. We

are planning to have an affordable and tasty Takoyaki. It is

because, nowadays, many Filipinos like to eat foods that are

influenced by, like Korean, Chinese, and Japanese food. We know

that customers will be satisfied with our product as one of the

trending Asian foods.

B. THE BUSINESS MISSION, VISION, AND OBJECTIVE

Vision

To be foremost the food stall in our school that provides

high quality product and delicious, healthy food that would new

to the taste of the students. Also, by providing a best service

value, quality, customer satisfaction and maintaining a

consistent business partner in more future business.

Mission

To produce a good quality and healthy Takoyaki that will

satisfy the taste buds and provides another choice of flavor that

might add to the product that can afford of dear customers

especially the students.

C. BUSINESS OFFERING AND JUSTIFICATION

Our group, produce a Takoyaki, it is not just a plain or

ordinary Takoyaki. Once they try our soft and fluffy Takoyaki we

can assure you that they will going to find our stall to buy

another of our product. This Takoyaki is also good for health

because of the different nutritious vegetable that added together

with meat.

II. Executive summary

Tasty Tako Bites is the name of our product that is built by

the STARVS Company. The name of the company is based on our first

letter of our surname to create the STARVS. Our Tasty Tako Bites

in a stall is new to the students.

Our product is inspired from Japanese snack which is

Takoyaki or also known as Octopus Balls, which is a ball-shaped

snack made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special

molded pan. It is also very popular in Taiwanese cuisine due to

the historical influence of Japanese culture.

Takoyaki is an iconic Japanese street food not only because

of its distinct shape but also because of its flavor. Even if you

aren’t in Japan, you can still satisfy your craving for Takoyaki

or try it for the first time with our Tasty Takoyaki Bites! These

are perfectly snackable and capture all the delicious flavors of

traditional Takoyaki in one bite!

In terms of quality of the product and service our food

stall will surely like our Takoyaki and others drinks. The

product that we will be going to sell has a nutrient provides in

vegetable to the product.

The business goal is to provide the customers affordability,

satisfiable, worth buying, and fast services to make the

customers feel comfortable. The manpower are responsible for the

operation of the business where they are assigned to their parts

in the business venture. To satisfy the desires and cravingness

of the customers, we offer a good quality and healthy food.

Business manager is a supervisor who controls and directs

the personnel and activities of an organization or a department.

By adopting operational plans, carrying out performance

evaluations, and supervising all daily activities, they strive to

keep the business productive, efficient and organized at all

times.

Marketing manager is responsible for developing,

implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an

entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an

organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain

existing ones.

run reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities of the job

include: planning and organizing production schedules. assessing

project and resource requirements. estimating, negotiating and

Commercial finance manager analyzes company data and

determines ways to increase profits. As a commercial finance

manager, it evaluates financial information to assess the

company's strengths and weaknesses, develop strategies to reduce

waste and decrease costs, and implement strategies to improve

Finance administrator is one who is responsible for any

financially related task of the organization. They are also

responsible for developing the organization’s financial plan,

Takoyaki and other varieties of the product. It is available to

all student, teacher and others, and since we are in the age of

Gen Z this product is a rare to the students who don’t go out to

travel to buy this product and now that we are going to open this

stall this is an opportunity to the student that never tastes a

Takoyaki.

V. MARKET JUSTIFICATION

We chose to start our business in LPNHS before going out to

start a true business. Because we are just a student and we are

planning to start a small business inside of the campus, and by

using an online platform to advertise our product. There are some

risks in this business that is the change of taste of the

customer because when you always taste a one product there is a

possible of getting fed up in food.so we offer our product

Takoyaki, even though our product only seen in restaurant or in a

Japan where it originates, I/we assure that our special Takoyaki

will satisfy our customer’s taste.

We can make our product popular by promoting our product by

uploading picture, fliers that are attractive to give some

the customers.

VII. INVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT

Now that we are back at F2F this business is might an

effective, so we slightly change our strategies to become

successful in this business, therefore, our group planning to

become social active through online or in contact. We envisioned

that after our business plan and operations, we could stablish

strong and long-lasting business. We state our mission and vision

to be more determine to continue this business that offers a

nourishing, fluffy and delicious Takoyaki.
