    A RESOLUTION REVISING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN


    AND THE 2019 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR THE PURPORSE OF
    UPGRADING TO ITS NEW FILE FORMAT
    WHEREAS, Article 2 Section 12 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution states that “The state shall
    recognize the vital role of the youth in Nation building and shall promote and protect their
    physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth,
    patriotism and nationalism and encourage their involvement in public and civic affairs”;

    WHEREAS, Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 10742 also known as the
    Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter 2 Section 8 paragraph (a) states
    that “ In consultation and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, and within three
    (3) months from the assumption of office, formulate a three (3) year rolling plan, which shall be
    known as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan, which shall serve as basis in
    preparation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program”;

    WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dili are continue to adopt new policies and
    guidelines of the Government for the better understanding and implementation of the projects
    of the Sangguniang Kabataan based from the previous Seminars/Trainings that was attended;

    WHEREAS, The objective of this resolution was not to totally revised the program but instead
    fixed the minor problems and enhance the plans/programs by further putting additional
    relevant information based from the need of new file format;

    WHEREAS, The plans/programs will not affect the generality and outcomes of the latter but
    rather upgrade the purposes for the effective deliveries of services to the Katipunan ng
    Kabataan;
    WHEREAS, This revision will help the Sangguniang Kabataan to practice more about
    Governance since it’s been a while that the problems of Sangguniang Kabataan was gradually
    addressed;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG


    KABATAAN OF BARANGAY DILI to revised the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development
    plan and the 2019 Annual Barangay Youth Investment program for the purpose of upgrading
    to its new file format

    Adopted this 26th day of January 2020 at Barangay Dili Session Hall, Dili, Gasan, Marinduque.
