    A WPA Intelligence poll of Louisiana Primary Voters conducted on behalf of Club for Growth PAC, conducted
    April 11-13, 2023, shows that Jeff Landry is in a strong first place position with 36% of the vote and an 18-point
    lead over Democrat Shawn Wilson with no other candidate reaching double-digit support.

    Jeff Landry leads the primary for Governor by nearly 20 points.

    • Republican Jeff Landry leads with 36% on the ballot.


    • Democrat Shawn Wilson is in second place at just 18% of the vote.
    • Republican John Schroder is at 6% with no other candidate reaching 5% and with three-in-ten primary
    voters undecided.

    Methodology
    WPAi conducted a poll of n = 500 likely primary voters in Louisiana. Data was collected by live telephone interview April
    11-13, 2023. Fifty-six percent (56%) of interviews were conducted to cell phones and44% to landline phones. The
    sample was selected from the Louisiana voter file and was stratified by geography, age, gender, party registration,
    ethnicity, and educational attainment to ensure a representative sample. The survey has a margin of error of +4.4% at
    the 95% confidence level.
